Such a cute place! The turn into the property is a bit hidden right before the bridge but once you find it the house is so secluded with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could think of. Did a wine tasting with their tasting room and everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Thank you!
This was the perfect place for a girls weekend in Sonoma! Beautiful and clean, even cuter than the pictures, lots of beautiful outdoor space and feels very private. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting, over looking vineyards makes you feel part of the wine world.
Lovely setting, interesting property. The owners introduced themselves the first day. They have taken great pains to provide an enjoyable space for guests. The carriage house has been restored to have modern convenience with old world charm. Great outdoor space with seating grill and bocce ball. Several wineries within minutes.

About the host
Hosted by Lindsay Hamilton
As the owners and winemakers for Hamilton Family Wines, we are delighted to invite you to stay at our beautiful vineyard property. We feel blessed to be the current caretakers of this gorgeous 3.5 acre parcel in Kenwood, CA, in the heart of Sonoma Valley, and feel compelled to share our space with others. The Carriage House is a legitimate 19th century structure that still shows the original 4-bay carriage park beneath the delightful and cozy living space upstairs. Renovated and updated to include all the modern living conveniences, the vintage charm is reflected in the wall paneling, fixtures, and features, including the clawfoot tub. We moved to Kenwood in 2016 having made wine in Berkeley, our previous home, since 2011. We purchased this property with the intention of learning more about the wine grape growing process, with a goal of eventually launching Hamilton Family Wines. In October of 2017, we lost our main home on the property to wildfire. While we were devastated to lose our home, we were determined to build back stronger and better, and it inspired us to take the leap and launch our winery as well. The property is now more beautiful than ever, and the perfect launching point to explore the best of Sonoma wine country.
Why they chose this property
Kenwood is truly the heart of Sonoma Valley. Our property stands alone, but is less than a minute from the quaint and charming Kenwood Village. We picked this property for the combination of structures; which includes our home, the Carriage House, and an old, tin barn; the vineyard; and the beautiful tall oaks and other trees that grace the landscape. Surrounded by vineyards, the Carriage House also boasts spectacular views of Sugarloaf and Hood mountains. The community is very friendly and welcoming and features world class restaurants, wineries, and local shops.
What makes this property unique
Our property is truly unique in that it is a working vineyard and allows you to walk through the vineyards to both historic and world renowned wineries and small, family run wineries. There are also several great dining destinations within walking distance, including the new Golden Bear Station, whose chef and owners have previously been featured in the Michelin Guide. Our property features expansive outdoor areas, including a flower garden, lawn area, and Bocce Ball court. There is a private outdoor area featuring a grill, lounge seating, and the all-important hot tub!
