There are three bedrooms. The master facing the ocean with a king bed with a spectacular upper lanai, the second bedroom facing the mountains with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with views of the ocean and mountains with a king bed and twin bed (or the king bed can be converted to two twins for a total of three twin beds on the third floor). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor. Large butcher block table in the large gourmet kitchen makes a perfect and inviting gathering place for friends and family. The home is very well supplied and provides all the comforts of home.
This home is part of the beautifully landscaped, gated community of Puamana. If you have never been to Puamana, you may very well find yourself falling in love with the property and wanting to return year after year as many guests do. Puamana is a picturesque oceanfront community on 30 acres of lovingly maintained tropical grounds.
We offer so many extras -- hammock, owner bicycles for guest use, tennis racquets, beach chairs and don't forget the second floor lanai with chaise lounge chairs and umbrella for sunbathing and star gazing.
There are three swimming pools(including one right on the ocean), tennis and badminton courts, a restored plantation home/clubhouse, and large grassy open spaces. And Puamana is a well-known surf spot which residents can access right from the property!
Puamana is located in Lahaina about a mile from the historic downtown. Here you will find many great restaurants, galleries, shops and activities -- just walking distance from your home.

About the owner: David and I grew up in the Midwest, but now reside in Santa Rosa CA -- in the beautiful wine country of Sonoma Valley. David is a plastic surgeon here, and I work to manage his medical practice and our rental properties. Our three sons are grown, but we all manage to still get together for our amazing family vacations and adventures in Maui. These are very special times for us, as I am sure they will be for you.
Why the Owner Chose Lahaina, HI, USA:
We have always loved Maui ever since our first trip over when David and I honeymooned there over 30 years ago. We found ourselves coming back to Maui as a family year after year always staying in different parts of the island like Kahana, Kihea, Wailea and Kaanapali. We weren't always happy with the accomodations, so we decided to look for a place of our own. When we found Puamana, we fell in love, and we decided this was the place for us. When this beautiful oceanfront home became available, we knew it was perfect for our family and friends, and knew guests would love it as well. It is a perfect location. Puamana is lovely and it is a quick walk/bike ride/car ride into quaint and bustling historic downtown Lahaina. Why this property? Because it is a beautiful and spacious home, in a peaceful setting, right on the ocean. Just picture yourself in the hammock between the palm trees watching the sunset.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
When you walk through the front door, be prepared to gasp in awe at the expansive ocean view right outside our sliding glass doors. You will then look around and see a beautifully decorated and appointed home. Walking upstairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms with full bathrooms, and a second lanai off the master bedroom overlooking the ocean, the palm trees and lanai. There on the lanai you will find two chaise lounge chairs and umbrella inviting you to sit and watch the surfers during the day, and the stars at night. Further up to the third floor you will find the third bedroom with a king bed on one side of the room and a twin bed on the other side. There is also a half bathroom in this bedroom. We also allow our guests to use our bicycles to get around Puamana and into Lahaina. And, you are welcome to use our bikes to get around.
