Stroll nightly by lovely Westlake park, avoid the weekend gridlock in Santa Cruz by being on the Westside. Close to the beach, trails and redwood forest. 26 miles to San Jose Airport and 27 miles to Monterey. One of the best neighborhoods in Santa Cruz! Perfect for UCSC or Silicon Valley workers.
The super comfortable one level 1950’s ranch house is easy and relaxing to be in. It has hardwood floors, internet, flat screen TV, french sliding doors to a patio area to have bbqs. Move effortlessly from inside to outside. Kitchen is equipped with a gas range and all the pots and utensils needed make your gourmet meal from the farmers market two blocks away (at UCSC entrance). Sliding glass doors lead to and outdoor living room that is illuminated by string lights.

Listen to your music from your phone or computer from the speakers in the living room and/or dining room. There are pocket doors for privacy from dining area to living room and bedrooms. Watch a movie in private by closing the french doors in the living room while those who still want to chat hang out in the kitchen/2nd living room. The space is comfortable and relaxing.

Minutes on your bike to dozens of UCSC and Wilder Ranch bike paths, fire roads and single track.
