Large, private deck out back, with outdoor shower. Amenities include central AC, wi-fi, gas and charcoal grills, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Sea Street Beach is a short walk/bike ride away; Cold Storage Beach and Corporation Beach also close by. Enjoy delicious clams and lobster roll at the picturesque Sesuit Harbor Cafe. Other great restaurants, art galleries, Cape Cinema, the Cape Playhouse , the Yoga Center of Cape Cod, and Dennis Pines Golf Course nearby as well.

Great property, walkable to Sea St beach! 3 bedrooms on main floor are good; the loft area is extra, but less usable as a place to sleep given summer heat.

My favorite neighborhood in Dennis. Great for morning walks to the beach. awesome deck for relaxing in the evening. Great space for our family to getaway

Everything We'd Hoped For

This beautiful, light-filled home is very well-equipped, in a private and historic neighborhood, and just a half-mile walk to Sea Street Beach. Caroline is a responsive and wonderful host, and the property is lovingly cared for and up-to-date. Everything about it -- large and small -- says Relax and Enjoy!

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was very spacious, clean, with all the amenities we expected + more. The location is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The yard is very private and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved it! Highly recommend!
