Has 2 bedroom 2 bath with sleeper sofa in livingroom. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Kitchen has refrigerator,stove,dishwasher and has table for 6 . Has full size washer/dryer in closet in kitchen. Also 3 blocks from the main drag in Pigeon Forge,Tn.This property has been renovated and furniture and furnishings . When you walk in the front door step back in time with that country charm with a little modern twist. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with electric fireplace and a large TV. Then you step into the kitchen with that country charm. Eat in kitchen has a large country table for six . One bedroom has a king bed and large TV. Also has its own bath with jetted tub and shower combination. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a large TV and bath in the hall. No one other than the guest staying in the house can use the pool this is from the HOA. It is a HUGE liability so please only the guest staying can use the pool no outside guests.

The property was beautifully decorated, the neighborhood was quiet, the owner was easy to reach and very helpful. It was close to everything. We walked to many restaurants and stores. Overall, it was the best place we ever stayed in.

As soon as you walk in you feel at home. Her place is so clean, and absolutely beautiful! Kid friendly and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and just a minute or two away from the parkway where all the excitement is!

Freda's home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the location was perfect. I've never stayed in a vacation rental that was so much better than the listing. Freda was a terrific host. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to stay here again. Everything you could ever want for a home away from home. 100% would tell my friends and family to choose this rental.

The property is outstanding. The location is great. We just loved it all. I would highly recommend this place. The only problem we had was vrbo didn’t forward the number combination to open the door. We called the owner and she gave us the number, no problem.

Fantastic accommodations

I pretty much echo all of the other positive reviews. Freda made check-in and check-out extremely easy. We found the place to be very clean when we arrived. The included toiletries and linens were a big help vs being stuck bringing our own. Location is about a couple minutes from the main strip which was perfect and the neighborhood is very quiet. We met a couple neighbors who were also very friendly. Would highly recommend this property for anyone contemplating their stay in the area. Thank you again, Freda!

Tucked away in Pigeon Forge

The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated for the Holiday. We had everything we needed for our trip to Pigeon Forge. The home was tucked away on a side street off of the main road through Pigeon Forge so you get the sense you are out in the Country even though you are very close to all the attractions! Perfect place for a family or couple’s getaway Our favorite sites were The Great Smokey Mountains and our day trip to The Biltmore Estates in Asheville NC. (A quick 2 hour drive south) Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This place is located in a perfect place off the main strip but in walking distance to the main strip. The house is perfectly decorated and very clean. The furniture was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom slept better our mattress at home. This place has all the comforts of home including a Keurig coffee maker. The price for the stay was competitively priced. The owner was easy to get in contact with. My wife left her curling iron and the owner immediately contacted us and said she would mail it to us. We highly recommend this place.

Tennessee vacation

The property is very clean and close to where we wanted to go. We were coming on Thanksgiving day and needed to know if any restaurants were opened. Messaged the owner and she responded with several names of the restaurants for us. It was very helpful because we didn't know the area. Highly recommend. If we decide to visit Tennessee would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and accurate listing!

Accurate listing so there were no negative surprises. Perfect location for us to explore Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the few times we cooked. Tip for those arriving at night. The house is located on a corner and the address numbers are on the side, not the front of the house.

We now have our first Great granddaughter. I am a real estate agent here in Tennessee for 19 years. To me Sevier County is as close to Gods country as you can get on earth. We all travel together on vacations. We love to cruise and to the beach. As your host I will always do my very best to make your stay with us a memorable one. In hopes we did the best service so you will return and also tell your friends and family.

Why they chose this property

We as owners strive to keep our property clean and disinfected so guest can relax and enjoy the home and not worry if it is clean. We are close to everything in pigeon Forge we are about two blocks off the parkway. If you choose to ride the trolley, the trolley stop is about a quarter mile from the property or it is close enough that you could walk to the parkway and enjoy the shops and restaurants and attractions.

What makes this property unique

It is in a small private community with out door pool and very peaceful even though it is close to the parkway. Please no more than 6 people.
