Hiking trails, restaurants and shopping are all just minutes away. You and your guest will enjoy the spacious interior and the cozy outdoor space.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-instructions will be sent to the guest.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

This host spent a lot of time making sure that the condo was comfortable and that amenities were stocked. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. We loved everything about this property for our family of four (with a pre-teen and teen). There is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was appointed with everything you might need to cook. This place is always amazingly cozy and inviting!! We love staying in Poncha Springs - a little outside the hubbub of Salida. Nothing specific has come up other than the garbage bins - just a simple manner of leaving them in garage until garbage day.
