Beach Manor 405 warmly welcomes guests with its West Indies inspired decor. Completely remodeled, guests will find all the comforts of a beach retreat. The spacious patio is just the right size for morning sunning or afternoon drinks with friends.

The spacious dining and living area is the perfect size for a family of 4-7.

The kitchen with white cabinetry and granite counters is a great space for snack or meal preparation. The master bedroom invites guests to a peaceful evening of slumber with its plush pillow top bedding. The guest room is just perfect for children with a bunk and double bed combination.

Designer-inspired touches are evident throughout the condo with the tropical mural in the hall and fun seaside mural in the guest bath.

Topsl Beach Manor has been recently renovated with new windows, doors, roof and paint. This amazing building has it all for guests with its own private pool, fitness center, steam and dry saunas, meeting rooms, and a spacious lobby area.

About the owner: Tom and I are Hoosiers and love to travel, play tennis, hike, and visit our Tops'l Resort Beach Manor condo. We have two beautiful daughters, both undergraduates of Auburn University. We own and manage real estate investment property in Indiana and Florida.

Why the Owner Chose Sandestin, Miramar Beach, FL, USA:
We chose our Tops'l Beach Manor condo because of its location and large spacious balcony. Beach Manor's beach to the east offers lots of people and activities and its beach to the west with the Topsail State Preserve offers pristine quiet coastal beauty. We love that the condo is also close to great shopping and restaurants (outlet mall, Grand Boulevard and 30A).
