Only one block from the beach, Palms Paradise is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, in the heart of South Jacksonville Beach, FL. Relax with a dip in the private pool and a cocktail outback by the pond, after a day at the beach. The home is within walking distance to Whole Foods & some of Jax Beach's most popular restaurants. It is only 4 miles away from the world renowned Mayo Clinic and 1/2 a mile from Ponte Vedra Beach.

The kitchen was completely renovated, June 2021.

This home provides old beach house charm with an update! Enjoy staying in and cooking meals in the brand new renovated kitchen, or lounge outback while the sun sets, under the covered outdoor patio area. Two king bedrooms & another twin bedroom, provide plenty of space for families, girl's weekends, couple getaways, etc.

You will enjoy people-watching the joggers, bikers, dog-walkers, golf carts etc. that pass by throughout the day. The private driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably. Bring your bikes to explore the neighborhood like a local!

Our Favorite Place!

We love this home and everything that comes with it! Convenience is key here - from beach access to shops and food. I take my kids on morning and night walks and bike rides, play street baseball, and love the feeling of home away from home. Our second year and more to come.

Great beach vacay

I came for a conference and brought the fam. It was very clean and close to the beach! The pool was perfect and there were lots of beach towels to use. Kitchen was very functional for what we needed and it was beautiful. Would stay again!

Perfect beach house

Beautiful back yard with large pool and only one block from the beach. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Great restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. Exactly what our family was looking for and hope to stay again!

Fantastic place

My family enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, convenient, and more. My daughter enjoyed the turtles and geese in the back pond. The house is well stocked. I packed too much. The owners thought of everything needed to relax and enjoy Jax beach. I will book again if available. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

This home was the perfect place for a beach get away. The home was well kept and had a comfortable at home feeling. It was steps from the beach entrance and located in a cute residential area. I will be back every time I am in town.
