The Perfect Summer Retreat For Our Family

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lake House! It was beautiful and conveniently located to several shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. We were only a 20 minute drive to Asheville, Old Fort, and the Catawba River Trails for hiking and sightseeing. The house was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and was well-stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. The outdoor patio was a beautiful space to enjoy the end of day activities. Our host was a great communicator and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect space for large group

Wonderful, well-appointed home. Lots of comfy furniture and space to hang out. Beautiful views of mountains and lake. Enjoyed doing BBQs and fire pit in the afternoons. Very convenient to the park and to town - we walked to the Grange for a field trip :) Highly recommend this property for anyone!

Perfect Black Mountain lake house

This house is a terrific entertaining lake house in Black Mountain. Perfect for entertaining with lots of spaces to visit with friends and family. The kitchen is outfitted for preparing and serving large meals and stocked with Keurig coffee if you arrive late at night. The property managers are very available for any questions or concerns. You really can walk to the quaint downtown of Black Mountain. I highly recommend this vacation home when visiting Black Mountain and Asheville!

Great Family Fourrth

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children, 5 and under, loved hanging out on the large covered deck where we could all eat together. The house overlooks Lake Tomahawk with a half mile walk arround the lake, the public pool and a playground half way around the walk, and tennis and pickle ball courts across the road behind the house. Our family was a little large with three infant/toddlers sometimes waking up during the night, but the toys in the house werre good distractions in the day time. The weather was grreat, good, and even when it rained we could be on the deck watching the kids play. The adults enjoyed walking with two of the children as they rode their balance bikes around the lake. The kitchen was well supplied and we had all the tools, pans, etc. we needed to cook for all of us. The owner was easily accessible by text and we had a great family time at this cool Black Mountain house on the lake!

Being able to relax on the deck overlooking the lake while the kids play inside or out, walk to the playground, fish, play tennis, etc. are among many unique aspects of this property. The space has been designed with the guests in mind. A property of this size that comfortably sleeps up to 17 people at the lake and a few blocks to downtown makes this house one of a kind and in high demand.
