Our newly renovated condo #310, is on the top floor. Enjoy the 3rd floor with NO noise above you, directly over beautiful Wailua beach. "Fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves" The condo is located on the quieter end of the building, away from Main Street. From your private lanai you won’t hear the road, only the waves and you can not beat the view!
Wailua Bay View is centrally located on the East coast of Kauaʻi. Ideal, whether you are staying in Kappa area or enjoying actiities on the North or South side. Lihue airport is a short 10 minute drive. The bike and walking path, stretches from Kealia Beach to Lydgate Park, more than 8 miles in length. It is only a short walk to Papaloa beach, a protected cove for babies and young children. Lydgate Park is a10 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive. In addition Golf courses, beaches, hiking, kayaking, restaurants are all just a few minutes away. You can walk to Coconut Marketplace and explore Japanese, Korean, Chinese, & American cuisine.
This condo is all about the view, location and comfort of a staying in fully renovated modern condo with all the conveniences of home.

For your convenience, we provide coffee/sugar for first couple mornings. We also supply tea, olive oil, spices, salt/ pepper/ sugar, cling wrap, foil, toothpicks, filtered water in the frig, ice packs for use with one of the ice chest provided & reusable bags for grocery shopping. All soaps; liquid bath, liquid hand, dish, dish washer & laundry soap will be provided.
For outside fun, we offer Binoculars, Beach Towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs/ large rain umbrella/fins / masks / snorkels/noodles, pool floats, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, ice chests , 2 boogie boards & 2 sets of hiking poles.

My wife and I were married in Kauai over 21 years ago. We have been coming to Kauai for many years and just love it here! We both lived in California most of our lives. Though we have traveled every year on vacations to various places, when my wife retired a few years ago, that's when our adventure really began. We relocated to Costa Rica and lived there for 2 1/2 years. When the virus worsened in Costa Rica, my wife's son (who lives in Kauai) urged us to come to Kauai....which we did! We have been living here for 4 years now and just love everything about it. Next we plan to go to Portugal for a few months (or more) and enjoy the wonderful food and amazing people (did I just toot my horn since I'm Portuguese)? We are happy to now have a place to come back to in Kauai.

We had the unique opportunity of staying at Wailua Bay view for a year during covid. Vacation rentals came to a halt. We LOVE this place! It is centrally located, in the middle of the North side and South side. We could walk to dinner, Coconut Market or to Lydgate Park. We often rode bikes on the nearby 8 mile path. Easy short drive to Poipu, Lihue or Kapaa.

The view is SPECTACULAR! The balcony is private, looking strait out to the beautiful ocean. You cant see anyone on their balcony and they cant see you. That was the selling point for us; the private balcony, the sound of the crashing waves and that view. We've never experienced anything like it.
