Paddle, Float, & Fish on the Great Wicomico River Private dock w/ kayaks & views

This quiet wooded lot is just over 1.5 acres and offers breathtaking views of the river from the main living quarters, deck, screened in porch, fire pit, or private dock! Be ready to explore the great outdoors at this beautiful location that puts a huge smile on any nature lover's face!

Public boat launch is the next lot over, making it very easy to bring and dock your boat at your own dock throughout your stay!

Fish, crab, swim, float, nature watch, and/or paddle around this lovely waterfront property! Enjoy the private dock that you can tie your boat to after you launch it at the public boat landing next door or sit on the dock and enjoy some much needed TLC for your soul. Easy access in and out of the water is available by steps as soon as you step down to the dock or a ladder at the end of the dock.

This 4 bedroom home with a fire pit overlooking the water, screened in porch, back deck, movie room, and ping pong table, has something for everyone to do. Tie it off on the dock and drop the crab pot in for fresh crabs! A fully equipped kitchen plus a charcoal grill is ready for your culinary creations with what you can catch out on the river!

There are 6 sit on top kayaks (one single, two kids single, and three tandem), and 2 paddle boards for your use. All three tandem kayaks are located on a kayak rack on the dock for easier use! Several life vests are also available for your safety. Please inspect equipment prior to using for your own safety; use these items at your own risk.

We recommend bringing your binoculars to watch the blue herons and/or bald eagles fish along the river.
At night we have a nice open lot to enjoy star gazing on a clear evening!

Cell reception can be spotty depending on your cellular provider. Internet is available but note, you are not in the city anymore; streaming is not the best! We have a Blu-ray player with a selection of movies available in addition to the satellite TV.

For the protection of our home and guest safety, we have exterior security cameras located on:
- front porch
- carport facing garage/inlaw suite
- facing garage and trash area
- facing the shed behind the house

If you plan to access the water, we recommend bringing floats and water shoes as the river is muddy and can have sharp oyster shells.
