Located in the prestigious Del Mar Beach Colony area. This gated complex at 1767 Coast Blvd is just steps to the beach. Your home away from home will be our cozy family beach townhome. End unit near the pool and spa. This property lets you experience the true ambiance of Old Del Mar including the Coaster Train. YOU WILL HEAR AND FEEL THE TRAIN AT THIS CONDO.

Spacious 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, 1502 sq. feet, beach theme throughout.

Our town home also has it's own private outdoor shower which is great for rinsing off the kids from a day at the beach.

This house was AMAZING! We LOVED how close to the beach it was, and how close it was to shops and restaurants. It was so nice. It was clean and cute and had everything we needed. The property manager was fantastic, and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Very special home in a prime location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The booking process, communication, location, space and set up of the home, amenities, and the entire experience as whole met and exceeded expectations. One block to the beach, a very short walk to shops and restaurants, and a nice gated complex with two underground parking spots (parking is tough in Del Mar so this was another factor that made this property a standout). Nothing but high praise, can’t wait to go back!

Can't beat the location - close to the beach, park, town and countless dining options. Secure parking and great pool + hot tub. Nina was very accommodating to ensure we had a nice stay. Only reason it's not a 5* review for us is that the train definitely does run through the night and can impact light sleepers. It states that in the property description, but we missed that before booking (our fault).

Unbelievable location

We recently spent two weeks at this condo when our house flooded and we needed to move out quickly. The location can't be beat, walking distance to restaurants and shops and across the street from the beach. The condo is small but has everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nina, the property manager, was extremely responsive and friendly. I can highly recommend this as a vacation rental.

Very clean and comfortable property. Walkable to fantastic beach, downtown Del Mar. Underground parking, games and beach equipment included, nice outdoor front porch with easy access to pool / hot tub. Great communication from property manager. Would highly recommend! Only potential downside is the unit is adjacent to train tracks - so there is some train noise at night. There are white noise machines in each room and we were not bothered by it but worth being aware of.

Great location and cooperative weather! Very well appointed from the standpoint of eating and cooking utensils. Only one caveat about the property - little to no heat on the first level. Perhaps not as evident in the summer, but in December very noticeable. We found Nina to be extremely responsive to questions we had.

Smelled horrific had to check out

On arrival the property’s windows were all open. Thought that was very strange. Walked in with my sister and the smell of mold and mildew was awful. Contacted the property manager the next morning to let her know there is no way we can stay at this property. The owner reimbursed us for two out of the four nights. I’ve contacted multiple times to get our money back. We had to go find another place to stay in the middle of a busy family wedding week. I travel for work and have never checked into a place that smelled so awful.

Perfect Family Stay

The condo was adorable, pefectly furnished, stocked with all kitchen necessities, and the host even left snacks and drinks for my kids. I loved that the condo was technically it's own unit and not the apartment-like condos. It was more like a duplex-type feel. I also loved that it was in a gated community. My kids enjoyed having the pool as our "backyard" and had a lot of fun swimming. My husband loved the back patio furniture and area and we spent a lot of our evenings lounging there cooling off in the cool, crisp, ocean evening air. The beach was also literally a 2 minute walk from the condo which was also amazing and also something both my kids and i enjoyed. They had a great time playing on the beach and the short distance made it easy for me to pack only small bags and easy for me to carry my kids home and clean them up. Overall, one of our best trips and stays. We will definitely be keeping this property as a favorite and booking again ❤️

Can't Wait To Go Back 'Home'

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time in Del Mar! The atmosphere of this town can't be beat! There's no pressure, no rush of the day... you're free to do whatever you want whenever you want. (which is how I believe a true vacation should be) We spent most of our time going between the beach, SeaGrove park with our kids, sipping glasses of wine in the evening on the patio or balcony and/or relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We were living the dream life! As for the house, well, it was perfect! We had everything we needed and everything was easy to find! The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to provide a knife block for the kitchen. I bought some honeydew and cantalope for quick breakfasts and had a difficult time cutting them up with a small steak knife. But other than that I had no complaints! The pictures represent exactly what the home looks like in real life. I must admit I was a little apprehensive about the whole situation as I have never done a vacation rental before. I was afraid I would be scammed, but Jay (the property manager) was great and put my mind at ease! He offered for me to be invoiced via PayPal so that I could be confident that my funds were secure. We arrived and everything was great. We were blessed to have such a wonderful vacation and can not wait until we can return! Hopefully next year we will be able to rent this home again as well as the other home Jay manages in this complex for an extended family vacation. This home was a dream come true and we all felt as if it was exactly where we belonged! Clean, spacious, comfy, cute, and it has everything you needed to run the home and/or to head to the beach. (including beach chairs, toys, etc). If you're thinking of renting this home for your vacation, do it! You won't regret it!

I was so happy staying at the property. The manager was responsive, professional, helpful and accommodating. The place is so clean and every bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and lotion. They left us the cutest gift basket too! The place is a gem. All tv's worked well and the Wi-Fi is excellent! Love the pool and hot tub too! The location is amazing- across from the beach and restaurants and a quick walk to town. Loved the place! Great location in Del Mar

The location is great. A short walk to town and the seaside park areas. The unit's manager was very responsive and always available. We had no issues during our stay. The place is well stocked with towels, cooking and other nice gifts that Nina provided during our stay. The beds are very comfortable, AC/Heat worked fine along with plenty of hot water. The train's didn't bother us, you get used to it during the night and we looked forward to the trains going by nightly. A great stay! Thank you

Wonderful location for exploring the SD area

Great Location

Great location for walking to town and two restaurants The Poseidon and Jake's just a block away. We stayed in November for Breeders' Cup so did not venture to the beach but it was only a block away so this unit would be perfect for heading to the beach.

Everyone loves the location at the corner of 18th & Coast Blvd.  Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to the park, playground, restaurants and shops!
This property lets you experience the true ambiance of Old Del Mar including the Coaster Train.  (You WILL hear and feel the train from this condo! It is right next to the tracks. If you think your family will be sensitive to the train noise, this is not the right choice for you. We have many returning families who don't mind the train at all ... some even enjoy it!
It is only one mile to the Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds.
This complex has ten individually owned units. Relax in the heated spa or take a dip in the swimming pool.   Each bedroom has its own bathroom.  Bring your laptop for the free wifi internet connection.  If you need toddler supplies; we have a pack-n-play and a high chair for you.  Our town home features an outdoor BBQ with your own private patio area and 2 underground parking spaces. We also supply all your beach gear and paper products for an easy vacation ready home!
