The living area is a cozy retreat, complete with plush furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a 47” flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent!!

Clean.. spacious.. loved the patio to enjoy our coffee in the mornings. Enjoyed couple shows.. drive around Cases Cove... and hanging out and the Condo playing cards. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great Condo

This rental was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner provided enough laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent for our stay. Our overall experience was great and we’ll definitely book this unit again.

Fantastic Condo!

First thing we said when we opened the door to the condo was “Wow!” I mean this place is awesome. It was absolutely spotless, the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is absolutely stocked and has like a billion cabinets and miles of countertop space. The appliances are ultra modern. The pictures really don’t do this place justice as to how big it is. It can easily accommodate a party of 6 with the 2 large bedrooms with king beds, 2 baths and couch that i believe opens up to be a bed. Only thing we’d suggest is eliminating the dated jacuzzi in the master bedroom and replace it with a modern walk in shower. Now let’s talk about the balcony, it’s enormous and no I’m not exaggerating. I didn’t measure it but it’s like 20’ by 12’, plenty of room for hanging out all the while overlooking the roaring fork stream and yes it is roaring. We made breakfast every day and the kitchen has every pan or utensil we needed and incidentals like coffee filters and salt and pepper. As for location it was fantastic in that aspect as well. We walked down to Gatlinburg most times as parking down in Gatlinburg is pricey or nonexistent, about a 10 minute walk down the hill but there is also a free trolly that we took down and there’s an app that has the schedule (possibly include a trolly schedule in the things to do brochures in the living room.) We’re in our late 40’s and in good shape so the hill didn’t bother us but elderly people should probably take the trolly and not attempt the hill. Also having assigned parking in the parking level below the condos with easy access to the elevator was really nice. We forgot to sign the guest book but we’re Kelly and Scott from Ohio. We would definitely stay in this condo if we make our way down to Gatlinburg again.

Great accommodation and location. Not in the center of all the downtown Gatlinburg congestion but an easy drive to everything. We ate out for most meals but well stocked kitchen so you could easily cook/eat at the condo.

Gatlinburg Getaway

Absolutely LOVED the condo. Exceptionally clean and very well stocked. The entire booking/check in/out was quick and easy. Condo was close enough to attractions, but far away for privacy. Great view of creek from patio. Would highly recommend and hopefully will get to stay here again soon!!

Comfortable furniture, big kitchen, (well equipped but no cooking supplies), nice kitchenette in morning room area, good bedrooms. Enjoyed the big deck overlooking the river/creek…can understand why it’s called Roaring Fork! Nice seating for 4 people. A bit away from the hubbub of downtown. Nice quiet location, and no parties-quiet time rules at night.

Lack of communication

I called about a water leak and someone called back 6 hours later and said he would check it out and call me back.I never got a call back so we couldn’t wash clothes because we didn’t know where the water was coming from.Needless to say the bedroom floor is wet underneath the dresser.

The Unexpected

Everything was amazing and different from what I actually expected. I’ve stayed many times, over many years in the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area. This is the first place where I’ve felt comfortable, safe, and like the place was tailored to me. I’m used to feeling this comfortable at a Island resort. I definitely will make this my place of preference when vacationing here.

Loved layout and cleanliness of the condo. Also, loved sitting on the large patio listening to the stream. Was a little far for us to walk downtown. Turnkey associates were very responsive to our requests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Other than that all went well and we were perfectly content. We were surprised at how busy Gatlinburg was and disappointing of course because fall colors hadn’t really begun to change. However that certainly not your fault. You just pay your money and take your chances and sometimes you hit it and sometimes you don’t. Girls weekend review

We LOVED the Condo. So surprised it was so classy and the seasonal decorations were wonderful. Very clean. Only 2 suggestions (concerns). The sheets didn't fit the bed in the master bedroom and were on sideways. And there was a nest of over 50 spiders in one of the chairs on the balcony. Kindda lost interest in that gorgeous balcony. I know that is an outdoor issue, but I promised I would bring it to your attention. Thank you for a lovely time.

Great location and space

This was a great apartment as home base. Check in and out were easy and the place was very clean. We were close enough to walk to downtown Gatlinburg without having to be in the middle of the traffic and crowds and the location was super convenient to the Smoky Mountains.

The place was good, clean. and close to down town.

Overall our experience was good and we enjoyed staying there. The place had everything we need. The view from balcony was great too. My only comment for improvement is the beds. The mattress in both rooms were too soft and I wish they were in better quality.
