Very nice property. Had a great stay. Close to everything. Hot tub was lovely. Rooms nice and beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Property has lots of nice updates. Sunrise view is amazing.
The house is in a lovely and convenient location and was incredibly clean. We liked being close enough to drive south into Traverse City or north to Sutton's Bay for groceries or restaurants. We loved the peaceful view.It was also a great location for a day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes.
We loved our stay at the house! The host was very accommodating and quick to help get a handy man out when one of us dropped an earring down the drain (oops!). We had a great time, and loved being able to look out at the bay.
We chose Traverse City for our annual girls trip and could not be happier with this home. It was absolutely beautiful and met all of our needs plus more. We will definitely be back!
Great location. House beautiful and clean. Great location. Enjoyed the hottub looking over the bay. Excellent communication with owners. Will look to stay again.
Beautiful home with the most gorgeous view! Home owners were very easy to work with. We had An amazing trip. Would absolutely recommend this house and we hope to stay here again!
The deck and waterfront location make this a great place to stay for water sports and enjoying Lake Michigan. Traverse City is an easy 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed what the town had to offer as well as the hiking and outdoor activities in the area.
really enjoyed this cozy house for Winter getaway. Nice upstairs with great view of the Traverse Bay, roomy downstairs as well, although we really all collected upstairs for the view. Hot tub viewing the lake was wonderful!
Our party of 6 were looking for a fun weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! The Leelanau Peninsula is beautiful this time of year, and this property was perfectly located. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the bay while enjoying our morning coffee and viewing all of the stars at night while sitting in the hot tub. Great trip!
Our 2nd year at All Decked Out! Such a special home! Wonderful hosts that go over and beyond ! We enjoyed every day and so Blessed to have such a great home to vacation at! Great location to go to Suttons Bay or Traverse City! We look forward to next summer!
We stayed at this property August 2022 !what a fantastic home!!! we had such a wonderful time we wanted to stay longer and then were so gracious to extend them we tried to stay longer again - but the property wasn’t available !!we did already booked for next year !!it’s a great location- it’s right in between Suttons Bay and Traverse City- so you can go both places easily !!the hosts Beth and Keegan are fantastic !!! I had a paddleboard delivered from Suttons Bay bikes- I would recommend - as well we also rented a pontoon boat and were able to pontoon right over to our house !!!!can’t say enough good things five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can’t wait to go back in 2023 thank you
Views, size of house, and property managers response 5 stars. Well equipped. Hot tub and deck were bonus. Comfort of furniture and beds 3-4 stars. House needs some loving. Water pressure in guest bath and basement shower 3 stars. Toilet in guest bathroom upstairs 2 stars. Shower in basement, hot is cold and cold is hot. Not sure if our particular family would stay there again due to the beds being so low to the ground and uncomfortable for us. Plus, not enough seating/lounging furniture in upstairs living room where we mainly stayed between that and the deck. The basement temp was always too cold to stay down there as a group, even making the temp upstairs high. Plus, we rented it for the view, and that was best upstairs.
Amazing location and great communication with owner
Property was clean, nicely furnished, and fit our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids 11 and under) super well. Easy access by car and boat to everything downtown TC and out to Leland and the dunes.
Rented a 10 person hurricane and a Yamaha jet ski for the week, moored them 50 yards from the end of the dock, and had a blast all week long running around both the west and east bay from this great centrally located property. Only 10mins to downtown Suttons bay, 20ish minutes to Leland (fishtown), and 45 mins to sleeping bear dunes.
15 min boat ride to power island to grill lunch on the beach and jump off the pier. 45-60 min boat ride around to snorkel the shipwreck just inside the east bay.
Keegan and Beth had great recommendations for rentals, etc., and would absolutely rinse/repeat this vaca.
Thank you!
The house has some amazing attributes (sunrises, deck, quality of beds, towels, furniture, kitchen)👍👍👍. Some disappointments were the main kitchen oven wasn’t working, nor some of the kitchen outlets, road noise (I’ll own this as I did not ask). There are beds for 6 people.
There are opportunities for improvement. The outside of the house is in need of some love … overgrown, dried out lawn, gutters (seedlings growing in them), light fixtures and spider webs. Inside door lock handles and window cranks were missing .. it’s the entire experience :-))).
Again, lots of promise for a 5-star rating!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide a review, Liz! You were such a pleasure to host and we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We are so sorry the main oven wasn’t working for your stay, but we did finally get the part in and that is now fixed and working again! We are working on the gardens this fall and more plans slated for spring to freshen up the exterior. 👍
Traveling with 3 generations, it's convenient having the space and amenities to sleep everyone and make meals. A kitchen with great appliances, mostly comfortable sleeping arrangements, and an outstanding hot tub and deck were really highlights. It's location between Sutton's Bay and Traverse City couldn't be better. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into how to make a comfortable stay for hanging out.On the downside: It's clear that this is a house being improved on the fly. Flimsy door handles, dishwasher, and cabinet doors made even newer furnishings feel aged. The deck immediately outside the master bedroom was covered in mildew. It was dangerously slick and left gunk all of your shoes/feet. The beach and dock aren't really easy to navigate - the dock is too high to be of any use getting in or out of the water or even on a boat and there's not really a great way to get past the 4 feet or so of very slick, uncomfortable rocks. Finally: The previous guests had more trash than the cans could hold. The cleaner offered to take them to the street as she was leaving, but it was an absolute downpour outside and I wanted to spare her. The bigger problem is that, without a second trashcan, the option was to either leave a bunch of bags of trash (including a couple of dirty diapers) on the side of the house, in the garage, or on the street for two days.I'm rooting for this property, but it's an expensive stay for how far it has to go.
Lovely home located on the beautiful waters of Traverse Bay. The view was fantastic, the house clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with paper products, coffee filters, coffee grinder and even Saran Wrap and foil. The host was great to work with made a special delivery of firewood so we could enjoy the fireplace when the weather turned cold. Check-in and check -out was seamless. We would definitely stay again!
