A charming cottage that's just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful bayside Mayflower and Bayview beaches. Newer shingles, windows, picnic tables, grills, TV's and mattresses in spring 2024. No need to pay for beach parking. Walk to Chapins restaurant. Close to Cape Playhouse, and two golf courses in tonw. It has a relaxing yard with 3 hammocks to rest on if you just want to take a break from the sun. Been renting to same families for 22 years with an 90% return rate so just a handful of weeks available.
