Down by the Beach!

This clean and comfy Beach House is the perfect place to get away and relax with the whole family.  Located just a short block away from the beach and near popular walking trails and community park, the home is the perfect sanctuary for the active family or group of friends.  There is plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home that sleeps 8.  Guests love to walk down to the ocean to catch the sunset, before a short walk to catch live music at the local brewhouse before coming home to wind down around the fire pit or in front of the fire place and television.

Amazing place just down from the beach. "Mom" clean and easy access. Only downside is it's right on highway 1. Noise isn't an issue really but I could see that bothering some. Our family loved it!

"Girls" getaway!

Our group has been having a getaway every year for the past 20 years. This property is clean, convenient and comfortable - easy access for a walk and close to getting to other communities. The owner, Mitchel was accessible and helpful - we will stay there again!!!!

My daughter is a freshman at Cal Poly; we brought up a few of her friends from home and she brought a few new friends from college for a beach weekend in Morro Bay! We had the best time!

Great Weekend!

Great house in a great location! House is conveniently located, park/nature reserve (two blocks away) excellent for walking, beach is amazing. Spencer’s for local produce and groceries, can’t beat it!

Beautiful property from inside out. We really enjoyed the back yard and spent most of our time there whenWe weren’t at the beach. Walking distance to beach was nice and we appreciated the wagon to help haul the kids stuff. Thank you!

Beautiful yard looks at the rock, the house is well laid out.

We enjoyed the fire pit each night. The beach was close and our grandchildren were able to walk there. We will come back again next year. Thanks Mitchel and crew.

Rock Star view

Great home base while visiting the Central Coast. A brief check in mix up was quickly corrected and the whole Rockstar team made our family stay an awesome experience. Amazing view of the Rock from the dining room and backyard. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot for families

The house is a great place for a larger group. We had 6 adults and 1 child and it worked out well. The house is equipped with everything you need during your stay including a wagon, bikes, beach towels, beach toys, bikes, washer/dryer, and kitchen items like pots, plans, etc. The back yard is a great hangout spot - we had fun grilling and enjoying the fire pit. The house is within walking distance from the beach and is has a lovely view of Morro Rock. We walked to the beach every morning with a cup of coffee and watched the beautiful waves and birds. It is very idyllic and peaceful. The neighborhood is great, even with the somewhat loud road behind the house. The beds are comfortable, aside from the pullout couch. If you think you will need it, I may suggest getting a cheap air mattress or foam pad. The bedding was very nice and there was plenty of extra blankets for colder evenings. Contact with the host was extremely fast and helpful.

Perfect place for a sentimental stay

This property has everything you need for a great visit to Morro Bay. On the west side of Hwy 1. Bikes, boogy board, toys for the kids. Plenty of kitchenware and excellent bedding choices. We were in Morro Bay for the first time in 25 years. This location was a great spot to start each day of exploration, a short walk for most of them. Taco Temple is within walking distance and a must stop. Spencer's Market is next to Taco Temple and has everything to stock your fridge.

Milton Family Vacation

We really had a great time. The backyard was big, and the fire pit was great. The place had all the amenities, like bikes, dart board, beach equipment, and more. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a little small but worked. being close to the highway did not bother us, still fairly quite.

Our Morrow Bay Family Vacation

Dear Ian & Mitchell, We have been spending summers in Morro Bay since 2008 but this was our first family vacation staying here at your property. Our week was absolutely phenomenal and filled with many fun experiences. We came this year to celebrate birthdays and college graduations and the cozy and inviting home was just what we needed to feel welcome. We are a multi-generational family and everyone was able to find something to do. From our many walks along the shore to family dinner in the backyard we were not short of any fun memories during our stay. Our stay in Morro Bay was definitely enhanced by having a home base were we all were comfortable and able to to truly relax amongst all our busy schedules. We are extremely blessed and grateful to close another summer here at Morro Bay. Staying at this home made this summer extra memorable for each of us. Thank You!
