Welcome to our fully updated, spacious, and modern apartment. The perfect landing zone for all of your Asheville adventures! Located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, with easy access to the highway, and 5 minutes from Highlands brewery, Whole Foods, and Target. This one-bedroom bathroom apartment has been completely updated and has a mid-century modern vibe with your comfort in mind. Brand new cooling memory foam mattress, 100% cotton 500 thread count linens, and room darkening curtains ensure a good night's rest. The bedroom boasts a huge walk-in closet outfitted with wrap-around shelving, and a six-drawer dresser provides room for all of your personal belongings to be neatly tucked away. Across the hall from the bedroom is the fully updated bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry with the brand-new stacking washer and dryer. Open living room and kitchen with function in mind allow for space to relax and eat in or work from "home."
This apartment is the smaller unit in a duplex, we have very respectful long-term tenants residing in the other unit. It’s very important to us that our guests understand the importance of privacy and peace. If you’re looking for a place to socialize late at night and come and go at all hours or host friends, this is not the right place.

Absolutely no smoking anything, anywhere inside or around the property. Evidence of this activity will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Great home away from home!

This cozy space is perfect for lone travelers or couples. Quiet neighborhood, clean space with a very well equipped kitchen (best I’ve seen in a rental), and a comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

this was a great spot for our long weekend. convenient to everywhere we wanted to go - just about everything was 10-15 minutes away. and it was easy to find!

Adorable place, super clean and great owner

This was the perfect place to spend the weekend while we explored Asheville. The apartment itself is quiet, very clean and affordable. The owners were also quick to respond when we asked for recommendations. We can’t wait to come back this summer!

Great location! Close enough to downtown without the hustle and bustle. Excellent communication, clean and updated apartment, easy process. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and Quiet!

This little place was the perfect spot to have a quiet, clean space, and was exactly as listed. It is close to many things including Biltmore and downtown with easy/quick access to the highways/interstates. Also close to Highland Brewing for tours and outdoor fun! It has everything you need for a short stay in beautiful Asheville.

Great accommodation!

This compact home is perfect for one or two guests. Everything is brand new and spotless. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen included everything needed for food prep. The hosts are super friendly. Overall, this was a fantastic visit

Perfect spot!

This is a perfect size for two. Everything in this rental is new, and beautifully done. Kitchen had just about anything you could need, all the rooms were a good size. And, very clean! We were able to travel around very easily. Whole Foods is very close, saw a Traders on the map also. We would stay here again!!

Perfect for one

It's a quiet, cozy, cheerful place in a neighborhood that's interesting to walk around in. It's close to shopping and downtown. It worked perfectly for me, but my 6'4" husband would probably have trouble in the small shower. A microwave might be a nice addition for some, but I didn't miss it. I would definitely stay here again!

CLEAN AND COOL VIBE

I loved staying at this cool place it was so cute and had everything anyone could need including new washer dryer.The bed was incredibly comfortable and felt like a 5 star hotel luxurious bed and pillows.It was so convenient to downtown and everything I needed and felt really safe as I am a woman traveling alone.Ben and Liz were wonderful hosts and suggested so many great places and were so available to help me figure Asheville out.I will recommend this awesome place to my fiends and family.I will be back this summer with my boyfriend

Nice place. Perfect for a getaway weekend for us. Although we never talked with Ben or Liz, they were very good about texting back to us quickly when we had questions. Apartment was clean and everything worked. A small thing, but there is no control for heat or air conditioning in the unit. This is controlled by the connecting duplex. We would stay here again. Nice quiet neighborhood with coffee shops restaurants nearby.

Owner cancelled me

1 week before my big birthday trip, I got an email that my trip was CANCELLED by the home owner because they had a “hunch” I was bringing friends when I asked about the futon for a guest to stay. Who the heck cares if there’s 3 adults vs 2?! Shower walls weren’t clean. Porch light was off and there was no visible house number to find at night when trying to get settled in. The driveway is crap, car bottomed out every time… should probably fix that. WiFi is also crap… I guess the neighbors were also on it? No microwave, just fyi. I’ll just stick to hotels. Okay byyeeeee

Hello Emma, despite your displeasure, we do appreciate the 4 star review. As noted in our listing we have a strict maximum occupancy of 2. We cancelled your booking when you stated you would be bringing additional guests. We also gave you the courtesy of a full refund, despite it being well past the cancellation window. You begged to have your booking back and assured there would be only 2 guests, we gave you the benefit of the doubt, again as a courtesy, and reinstated your reservation. Only to find out at checkout that you did in fact bring extra guests. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and I think we can let the other reviews speak for themselves in that regard. Additionally, there is a dusk to dawn exterior light on the landing as well as large house numbers on the front entrance post, we do always try to leave an interior light on as well. The driveway is very standard, and as with most driveways, if you pull in or out at too high a speed that may cause a car to "bottom out." There is always ample street parking available if the driveway was not to your liking. It is also clearly listed there is no microwave in the unit. Thanks again for the feedback. We hope you find a lovely hotel for your next visit to Asheville.

Cute, but,…

This place looked really cute and it is. It’s also tucked back in a neighborhood, which made it nice and quiet. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t cleaned to the standard one would expect with a vrbo. The driveway is very steep. At check-in, the smoke detector was chirping, the unit was cold, and there was a strong mildew smell; upon entering the bathroom, we found hair in the bathroom sink and we could see a gap in a wall where the draft was coming in. There was no top sheet on the bed and we could smell the chili the folks in the other unit cooked. After showering the second day, my fella reached for a spare towel from a basket on the floor. When the towel unrolled, we could see big bloodstains on it. I brought each item to the host’s attention and he was quite responsive. But we would have preferred to be turned down instead of being told the regular cleaning lady wasn’t available after being rented an apartment that wasn’t really clean. We checked out 2 days early.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry our property didn’t meet your expectations. If there is ever an issue with anything at our property we ask guests to notify us immediately so we can remedy the issue promptly. Fortunately that has never happened. In this case we did not have the opportunity to address any of these areas of concern since the guest chose to depart on day 2 of 4 and filled us in after they departed. We are saddened that this guest felt it necessary to make false claims about our property but hope future guests will consider all of our reviews.
