• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS $1000 fine if this rule is broken

• Must sign a rental agreement

• Video cameras are on the exterior facing outward

Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.
