Welcome to the FRONT ROW of the Kaanapali Plantation! It's all about location, and this condo is located in the FRONT ROW of the Royal Kaanapali Golf course at the 13th tee, providing an unobstructed view of the ocean.
THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS AND THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS
Besides being on the FRONT ROW, it is also the only rental that has THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS and THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS, each with it's own vanity/dressing room, full closet, and separate toilet/tub area for complete privacy. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one has two twins. The bedrooms are large with ample closet and drawer space. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
This Maui condo has an oversized lanai that provides a panoramic 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, which includes Lanai, Molokai as well as many sightings of whales breeching during their migration. This condo has the largest lanai at the Plantation.
Kaanapali Plantation consists of 10 acres of lush tropical gardens with winding paths that lead to a beautiful pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, cabana, and outdoor kitchen. Please see the link below titled 'Click Here - More Information and Pictures' to access our website.
The kitchen is spacious and is stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking. Washer and dryer included. The range and dishwasher are new.
Panoramic views from bedrooms and living areas, plenty of open parking, three TV's, five minute walk to Kaanapali Beach, rated the number one beach for swimming and snorkeling. Close to shops, hotels, and restaurants. WIRELESS INTERNET is provided for your laptop. This Maui vacation condo is a single level NON-SMOKING unit. The condo is 1536 square feet. About Gina or Tyler
My name is Gina, current owner of this wonderful condo. My mom, Lorraine, (pictured above) and dad had planned to retire in Maui, but he passed away before his retirement. So my mom purchased this condo in 1983 and we have been enjoying it ever since. I live in Southern California and have two sons. Keith lives in Boston and Tyler in Half Moon Bay. Tyler helps me manage the rentals sometimes, so when you email us, you may get a response from myself or from Tyler. We hope to hear from you soon! Mahalo!

Why Gina or Tyler chose Kaanapali
We think Kaanapali Plantation is the best of both worlds. While it is quiet at the Plantation, the resort area is right across the highway. You can walk to Whalers Village and Black Rock. The town of Lahaina is a few minutes by car to the south while Kapalua is a few minutes to the north. Kaanapali Beach is a five minute walk directly in front of the condo. When my mom was deciding where to buy, she stayed at the Plantation a few times and decided this was the best spot on the island. She was right!
What makes this Condo unique
The view from our unit is extraordinary! Also, this condo is the only rental at the Plantation with an over-sized lanai, allowing plenty of space to dine or to simply relax. Being in the front row allows for a completely unobstructed view of the ocean as well as the islands of Lanai and Molokai. This is the only rental at Kaanapali Plantation that has three FULL-sized en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms each with its separate vanity/dressing area. Come see for yourself!

Fantastic location and sunsets
Our family found this home to be comfortable and roomy, equipped with everything we needed. We learned upon arrival that the grill was no longer available, but the owner, Gina, was responsive and concerned about this development, which was news to her. Our emails were answered promptly and we felt that the owner went out of her way to try to make things good for us.
The lanai is the best "room" in the house, offering fantastic sunsets every night. It's a short walk to a great beach and a central location for exploring the west shore. Highly recommended for families or anyone who needs three bedrooms and bathrooms.
Beautiful views and everything else you need!
This was one of the better rentals we have ever stayed at. Great views, super close walk to the beach, hiking and great snorkeling. Gina was friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, 5 stars for the condo and location! Would definitely stay there on our next trip.
Amazing view. We loved every minute. Loved the fact there were 3 full bathrooms. The lanai is the absolute best. Found one broken beach chair and reported it to the manager? But other than that (and that was no big deal) it was in awesome shape. Do not want to leave.
Roomy with a view
We loved many things about this sizable condo. We loved the lanai along the back of the unit with a fantastic view of the ocean below—we saw whales morning, noon and evening! It also sits right at the 13th tee if you’re a golfer. There were 5 in our party so we certainly enjoyed the luxury of 3 large bedrooms each with its own bath. The kitchen was well-equipped and roomy enough for several cooks to share. And it was centrally located for shopping, dining and, of course, beaches! The main drawback was the many HOA rules.
Wonderful rental! All we could ask for!
We loved this rental. Everything we could ask for! Wonderful location and very roomy for six adults. There were directions for everything and all tech and furniture were new and working well. This rental made our vacation spectacular!
Beautiful view, quiet community, great proximity to the beach.
We had a wonderful time at this property. The community was quiet, parking was close and easy, and the view from the spacious lanai was truly breath taking: clear sunset views, whales breaching (you really could see them without binoculars from the unit--crazy), and so much fresh air blowing through the unit with the large sliding glass doors. We loved it! It's exactly one half mile from the front door to the ocean water--and we made that walk almost every day. From there it's almost too easy to pop into a resort bar, and grab a drink to watch the waves. It's the best of both worlds: walking distance to world class beaches, while still having quiet to return to at the end of the day. Things we didn't love: The grilling situation is a little high maintenance (you have to call a phone number and confirm arrangements to use the grill), but it's a pretty small thing. The carpet in the unit feels scary (when you have three kids under five) but we just ate on the lanai, and took our shoes off diligently (a good practice in Hawaii anyway). No AC or hot tub (as listed), but again--you choose what your priorities are. All around great, spacious unit. Totally recommend it!

This Maui condo is on the 13th tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The area is known as the Kaanapali Hillside, which is right across the street from the hotel/resort area in Kaanapali. You can walk to Kaanapali Beach in five minutes. You can also walk to Whaler's Village and Black Rock in about 15 minutes.
