Bienvenue sur la RANGÉE AVANT de la plantation de Kaanapali! Tout dépend de l'emplacement, et ce condo est situé sur la RANGÉE AVANT du parcours de golf Royal Kaanapali au 13e tee, offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

En plus d'être sur la RANGÉE AVANT, c'est également la seule location qui a TROIS CHAMBRES PLEINES ET TROIS BAINS PLEINES, chacune avec sa propre vanité / dressing, un placard complet et des toilettes / baignoires séparées pour une intimité totale. Deux chambres ont des lits queen et une a deux lits jumeaux. Les chambres sont grandes avec de grands placards et des tiroirs. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs.

LANAI SURDIMENSIONNÉ
Ce condo de Maui a une véranda surdimensionnée qui offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur l'océan à 180 degrés, qui comprend Lanai, Molokai ainsi que de nombreuses observations de baleines en culotte durant leur migration. Ce condo a la plus grande véranda de la plantation.

PLANTATION DE KAANAPALI
La plantation de Kaanapali se compose de 10 acres de jardins tropicaux luxuriants avec des sentiers sinueux qui mènent à une belle piscine, un court de tennis, un jeu de palets, une cabane et une cuisine extérieure. Family vacation

Had a great , relaxing visit with our adult kids, the location was great, view amazing with spectacular sunsets! Our only complaint was that their was no A/C so it got hot & humid at times.

We love coming to this Maui home. It has everything we need, and space for the whole family. The owners are responsive and helpful, and make things flow smoothly. We especially enjoy the wonderful lanai with the amazing view and peaceful surroundings. Can't wait to return in the future.

Absolutely perfect location!

Granted, being beachside would always be ideal, but if you can’t afford that this place is perfect. It is super easy to get to and located near a lot of perfect areas for shopping and eating. The view from the lanai is absolutely beautiful. We spent every single night sitting out there. the owner was responsive very quickly to the messages I sent with a few questions would stay here again for sure!

Condo on the golf course with ocean view

Everything was nice, good central location, easy drive to shopping, beaches, restaurants. Supplied everything we needed, including soap to wash clothes, plenty of towels. Don't forget to look in the closet for beach chairs etc. We found them the day we were leaving!

Good Location

Pros: Location, view, proximity to beach, kitchen utensils well stocked, fans in every room, lots of closet space with plenty of hangers, Cons: No air, needs dehumidifier, very unclean (tons of dead bugs in kitchen light, dead bugs and gross stuff on walls). Needs updating which really didn't bother us, only dirt does.

Hi Sandra, Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience in the condo. We do have the condo sprayed quarterly for bugs and pests, as per typical in Hawaii. As you can image in the tropics, there's no way to keep all the bugs outside the condo. My family enjoys the gecko population (who eat bugs), but there can be a lot of gecko poop along the windows and walls. Due to this, we do clean the window sills often. Additionally, our cleaning crew makes sure the condo is spick and span, but sometimes between their cleaning and your arrival you might find a few dead bugs.

Beautiful and seamless stay on Maui

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler's condo on Maui. The location was close to beaches and restaurants, but it was difficult to walk anywhere. Communication with Tyler was easy and helpful. The photos do not do justice to the sunset views you have from the back deck. While searching, it was difficult to find a place with 3 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom en suite - this had it at a very reasonable price point. The only negative was that without A/C the unit gets very hot in the afternoons and evenings. There were many fans provided. We recommend keeping the shades closed when out for the day. Enjoy this great spot!

Spacious Condo with Excellent Views!

This condo is an awesome place to stay in Ka'anapali! The three main things I believe really set this condo apart are: 1) the view 2) the space and 3) the peaceful setting. Our family loves sitting on the lanai and watching the whales (in season) or just enjoying the beautiful ocean, and island (Moloka'i and Lanai) view. The sunsets are a perfect time of day to relax with a fruity beverage and take it all in. We appreciate the spaciousness of this condo. The layout creates an open feeling, yet the 3 separate bedrooms each with their own bath provide a lot of privacy. I like that this home is so close to the beach, yet it's a bit away from the business of the shoreline. It's calm and quiet. Gina is easy to communicate with and is a very gracious hostess. This condo is not updated, but is clean and has everything you need, whether that's kitchen items to cook in the condo or plenty of beach towels & chairs, it's covered. We love this place and can't wait to book our next trip here!

Great location, needs some updates

Overall, our stay on Maui and this property was great. The location is hard to beat and the views were tremendous. I would suggest a few items: Need to do a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, I would move the queen bed to the other bedroom attached to the porch since this is where couples want to stay. The third bedroom with the twin beds should be for kids or a single who really don't need the view or porch. It would also be nice to have tile or wood floors rather than older carpets. Other than that, the place was well stocked, had very nice beach chairs and beach towels for all, a cooler that could be used as well as some basics that was nice to have instead of going to the store to buy them. P.S. the ice maker is broken or drips since every day we would have a slab of ice rather than cubes.

I apologize for the broken ice maker. We have tried to get it fixed, but it is not repairable. That’s why we provided the ice cube trays for drinks and the reusable freezer packs for the ice chest. I will add to the collection of ice cube trays and reusable freezer packs, and that should help. Thanks again for staying with us!

Beautiful view, quiet community, great proximity to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The community was quiet, parking was close and easy, and the view from the spacious lanai was truly breath taking: clear sunset views, whales breaching (you really could see them without binoculars from the unit--crazy), and so much fresh air blowing through the unit with the large sliding glass doors. We loved it! It's exactly one half mile from the front door to the ocean water--and we made that walk almost every day. From there it's almost too easy to pop into a resort bar, and grab a drink to watch the waves. It's the best of both worlds: walking distance to world class beaches, while still having quiet to return to at the end of the day. Things we didn't love: The grilling situation is a little high maintenance (you have to call a phone number and confirm arrangements to use the grill), but it's a pretty small thing. The carpet in the unit feels scary (when you have three kids under five) but we just ate on the lanai, and took our shoes off diligently (a good practice in Hawaii anyway). No AC or hot tub (as listed), but again--you choose what your priorities are. All around great, spacious unit. Totally recommend it!

Une vue extraordinaire!

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans ce condo, l'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Près de plusieurs commerces, plages, restaurants. Idéal aussi pour relaxer sur la terrasse, regarder les joueurs de golf, le coucher du soleil, la vue sur la mer. Le seul bémol est que la table est plutôt petite dehors, pour 6 adultes c'est un peu juste. Mais on s'adapte! Je recommande!

Great Sunsets

This property was perfectly located for easy access to many beaches and activities. Our family of 5 were very comfortable and slept well each night . We enjoyed dinner and sunsets from the Lanai overlooking golf course .

picture perfect

This property was awesome. it suited the 5 of us very well, with each bedroom having its own separate bathroom. The kitchen was large enough to feel comfortable cooking, and had all the tools we could want. (the burners on the electric stove were a bit tricky, but we made it work) The unit was clean and well supplied. The view was always gorgeous, and sitting on the lanai was a treat. Our host sent great directions, and I loved that the light switches were all labled - no guessing which switch worked which light I would definitely book this again if I was staying in the area.

Fantastic stay

My family had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was exactly as the pictures showed online. The place was clean, the area was nice, and it was convenient to many beaches, restaurants and stores. Tyler was great with communication and very responsive to questions. There was no AC, but we didn't miss it. Between the bit of breeze we got, shades in the afternoon while we were gone, and plenty of fans, we were good. The walk to the beach is about 10 min and it crosses a busy street, but you cross at an intersection with a crosswalk, traffic light, and a button to press for getting traffic to stop for pedestrians. Overall, it was exactly what my family needed for a great stay on Maui.

Beautiful property. Four of us stayed comfortably, especially loved that there were 3 bathrooms. Excellent value. We had no issues. Had to open windows and close blinds to keep it cool during our stay in June. No AC, but fans were also provided.

Excellent place

I stayed in Tyler's condo for a family reunion and vacation in Maui with my wife, two sons, and my elder son's girlfriend. We had plenty of bedroom and living room space. As a place to hang out for morning coffees and evening drinks, we loved the lanai with a fantastic view of the golf course, palms, sea, and islands in the distance. Tyler's condo is conveniently located on the west coast of Maui, close to a highway, making it easy to drive to places to see on the island. A rental home in the island's center would be equal distances from all shores, but I prefer Tyler's condo for the views and walkability to the nearby beach. Tyler was great at communication. He quickly responded to my in-app text messages about grocery stores and restaurants preferred by locals.

Amazing location with postcard view

Took the vacation to Maui with my wife, 2 teen boys, and my mother-in-law. The property had plenty of space, and the 3 full baths were a welcomed delight. The location is great and convenient to food, shopping, and golf. The view from the lanai is to die for. The condo sits right off the 13th tee of the golf course with the ocean just 1/2 mile or so down the hill. You can watch the sunset over the ocean every night. This place was perfect for us in every way.

My name is Tyler; my brother and I are the current owners of this wonderful condo. My grandma Lorraine, (pictured above) and Grandpa had planned to retire in Maui, but he passed away before his retirement. However, my grandma still purchased this condo in 1983 and my family has been calling it our second home since then.

Recently my grandma passed away (2017) and my mom Gina was the owner of the condo. For many years prior to my grandma passing, my mom Gina managed the condo and was the heart and soul of keeping this condo in our family (pictured above). Unfortunately, my mom passed away as well (2018) and now it's up to my brother and I to run the ship.

My wife (Jennifer) and I live in the Bay Area of California and try to find as many reasons as possible to come visit Maui. My brother Keith, lives in Boston and also tries to find time to spend time at our condo. At this point, our condo has been passed through several generations in our family, and we rent it out to hopefully continue the tradition.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We think Kaanapali Plantation is the best of both worlds. While it is quiet at the Plantation, the resort area is right across the highway. You can walk to Whalers Village and Black Rock. The town of Lahaina is a few minutes by car to the south while Kapalua is a few minutes to the north. Kaanapali Beach is a five minute walk directly in front of the condo. When my grandma was deciding where to buy, she stayed at the Plantation a few times and decided this was the best spot on the island. She was right!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view from our unit is extraordinary! Also, this condo is the only rental at the Plantation with an over-sized lanai, allowing plenty of space to dine or to simply relax. Being in the front row allows for a completely unobstructed view of the ocean as well as the islands of Lanai and Molokai. This is the only rental at Kaanapali Plantation that has three FULL-sized en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms each with its separate vanity/dressing area. Come see for yourself!
