This wonderful dog-friendly Tahoma house boasts beautiful modern construction, a hot tub, a jacuzzi bathtub, internet, fully fenced yard, and is in a woodsy setting. Located 15 minutes South of Tahoe City and 15 minutes North of Emerald Bay. The Tahoma (TCPOA) HOA Beach and Pier are within easy walking distance, just over 1/2 mile away. Buoy's are also available for rent.
This two story home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The upper level has the master bedroom with a King size bed and private full bath with a jacuzzi tub. The open kitchen and living room with rock fireplace are also on this level. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks all located on the lower level. The home has newer beds, and TV/DVD in nearly every bedroom. ROKU has also been recently added to the house.
The home has a large upgraded kitchen, stainless appliances, and dining table for 10. Upscale mountain decor throughout the property. Lovely house - we highly recommend this Tahoma treasure! The home owners have provided an extra large dog crate in the garage (cannot be removed). Electric grill available on the deck during summer.

- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
