This was out second year in this condo and we found it just as excellent as we did last year. There have been a few upgrades and there is no lack of anything one might need for a two week stay. It is clean, well equipped, convenient, with every amenity. Lovely deck, easy to use gas grill, wonderful appliances. It has it all and we are already planning to return next year.

The condo exceeded our expectations. The appliances are new, top of the line and easy to operate. Plenty of glasses, pots and pans and dinner ware. Also books, DVD, games, HDTV in the living room and master bedroom. Towels and linens aplenty. Setting is beautiful with a nice deck overlooking the woods and golf course. Very nice gas grill, easy to operate on the deck. WiFi easy to hook up to. We were there primarily to relax but very much enjoyed visiting the local scenic spots, such as the Gorges state park. The facilities at Burlingame are beautiful but are not accessible to guests unless you want to pay an exorbitant temporary membership fee. But there are golf courses at Sapphire Valley and High Hampton that are open to the public. Some excellent restaurants from pub to five star. Paoleltt's in Highlands is one of the best we have experienced. Madison in Highlands and Orchard in Cashiers also excellent. Don't bother carting a lot of food along. The INGLES food store is outstanding and has every thing you could want. What we particularly appreciated was the availability and personal interest of the owner, Mr Dean. It is reassuring to know that the owner is readily accessible in the event of a problem. The agency handling the property inadvertently charged us double for a refundable security deposit. Mr. Dean picked up the error and ensured that it was corrected. We would definitely recommend this facility without reservation to friends and family.

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the mountains. Very well maintained and outfitted. Anything you could possibly need was there. Walk to tennis , golf or the club for dinner. Also, many good restaurants in the area. Lots to see and do. Easy drive to Asheville. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway in the mountains.

We found this condo to be very comfortable and just like home. I love a wood burning fireplace, and this one is great. My wife said the kitchen is very well stocked with everything she needed for preparing meals. Burlingame CC is a perfect setting.

Love the Mountains!Charleston, SC

We just spent two weeks enjoying this condo and Burlingame. The condo itself is very well stocked with everything you might need. Since we enjoy golf, we spent quite a bit of time on the golf course. Restaurants nearby offer great food and it is always enjoyable to find a new one. The owners are very attuned to your needs and responsive upon contact. We would like to visit again next year.

Racquet Club Villas is located within the Burlingame Country Club development and is adjacent to the tennis/croquet center. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Burlingame lodge, pool and fitness center. Dining and club amenities are not included as part of the rental fee, however the club offers a variety of short term and year round membership programs.
