Magnificent condominium resort of Maui Kamaole has 34 buildings, and our spacious beautifully remodeled unit is located in the very front of the complex facing the ocean giving you the unobstructed sweeping oceanfront view and is closer to the beach than any other unit in the complex.
The condo has undergone complete remodel which was finished in September 2012. This unit has been quoted as the most beautiful condo in the entire complex of Maui Kamaole. It has brand new kitchen with beautiful granite counter top, cherry wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Both master and guest baths are brand new with frameless glass shower enclosures with travertine walls. Entire floor including both front and back lanais are laid with marbleized porcelain tiles to cool your warm feet. The master bedroom is large with a King bed, and there is convertible bed in the living room. Both rooms have large wall mounted LCD TV's and Blue Ray players. FREE high speed WIFI internet access is provided for your enjoyment.
You are able to see ocean view while you are relaxing on the sofa in the living room as well as when you are on the lanai enjoying breakfast. From our lanai, we have panoramic ocean views spanning from the crescent island of Molokini, to the island of Lanai, to the island of Molokai, to the island of Kahoolawe, and to the West Maui mountains. You are able to see stunning sunsets in a beautiful setting. During the winter months, watch whales while sitting on the lanai.

South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. Climate is warm and sunny year around with afternoon trade winds and very little rainfall compared to other areas of maui which means that it’s like summer with clear blue skies year around. Maui Kamaole resort is one of Kihei's newer first class properties. We are ranked one of the top three condo complexes rated next to Grand Wailea Hotel by guests with fraction of cost of rooms in Grand Wailea which charges average of $1500 per night. It is located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea), world class shopping (such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Coach which is the BEST managed Coach store in the world, BTW, etc.), restaurants (Spago, Ruth Chris, Sarrento’s on the Beach, Joe’s Bar and Grill, Maui Taco, Longi’s, Café O’Lei, Sansei Sushi, etc), movie theaters, Championship golf, and best beaches in Maui including Ulua Beach which is named one of the top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America. No wonder Oprah Winfrey has vacation home here. Our condo is directly across from the popular Kamaole Beach and Park. Kamaole Beach is white sandy beach with crystal clear blue water with excellent swimming, snorkeling, and has grassy area for picnicking and is only 2 minute walk away from our condo. The Kamaole Beach is kid-friendly most of the year as the surf doesn’t usually get too rough. From this beach, you can stroll over to Keawakapu Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawaii. You can walk this breathtaking stretch of beach to the resorts of Wailea – one of our favorite morning activities. Another beautiful beach called Wailea Beach located in front of Four Seasons Resort – is a 5 minute drive with ample parking.
Amenities at Maui Kamaole include tennis courts, two swimming pools, hot tubs, and gas barbecue areas.
The occupancy is limited to 2 guests. We require a six-night minimum stay (Unless Remnant Nights Are Available) and offer a 10% discount for periods of 21 days or longer. Smoking or pets are not allowed in the unit or on the lanais.
To make a reservation we require a fee of $200 which is applied to the rent. VRBO will also add Hawaii tax and their service fee to initial payment. The balance is due 90 days in advance of occupancy or immediately if the reservation is made within that time period. It is important to understand our cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received less than 90 days from your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of most fees. However, if we can rebook the days cancelled, your fees will be returned. To recoup the cost of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to consider purchasing trip-cancellation insurance as listed in the payment section.
Payment of a fully refundable $300 security (or “damage”) deposit is required, above the costs of rental. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; and is refunded as a credit applied back to however you first made payment.
The check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. This unit has one parking space assigned to it. An additional parking space can be arranged for a slight fee. We have an on island contact who handles the cleaning and any issues that may arise during your stay. Upon paying the full balance of your reservation, a letter of instruction regarding keys, condominium association rules, and check-in procedures is sent to you via E-mail 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
