Tucked away in the woods in the gated community of Granny Squirrel surrounded by the Nantahala Forrest is this adorable 3 Bedroom cabin! Granny Squirrel Getaway is the perfect cabin to spend your week in the mountains enjoying nature. Raft down the Nantahala River, fish the many lakes and rivers in the area, take scenic drives and hike the nearby trails all while relaxing at the cabin. The cabin offers a spacious deck with plenty of outdoor seating and gas grill. Step inside and be greeted by the great room with gas log fireplace and flat screen TV for streaming. The large windows allow for catching glimpses of wildlife as they roam through the yard or watching the rain fall as you enjoy a lazy day reading a book. Full kitchen with dining table for four. Main floor offers two guest bedrooms. One bedroom offering two twin beds and the other a Queen bed. Full bathroom just steps away with a stand-up shower. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom loft with Queen bed and full bathroom. This cabin also offers wifi and a small desk if you must check emails while you are away. We arrived at 530 p.m. there was someone still cleaning the cabin, when were suppose to have been able to be on property at 4 p.m. There was a strange moth-ball type odor to the property.
