Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty towels in the shower
Remove food from cabinets and throw it in the trash. Leave refrigerated food in the fridge for the cleaners to dispose.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Do not move furniture from one room to another • Do not take indoor furniture outside • Quiet hours are 10pm-8am • Do not leave fire pit unattended
•$200 damages fee for cotton clothing or foaming agents in hot tub •Early check-in and late check-out is $25/hr when available •No refunds for weather
• Do not sit on hot tub cover—doing so will incur a $800 damage charge • Wear slippers/shoes when walking to hot tub to keep debris out of the water

Valentines weekend

Was a very pretty and comfortable cabin! It’s small size adds to its charm making it feel homey. Despite its appearance, it doesn’t feel cramped and the kitchen and bathroom are very spacious!! Would really recommend this as a perfect spot for a getaway weekend!! The hosts were very accommodating and inviting as well!

My husband and I had such a relaxing stay for a long weekend at the tiny home cabin. It was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Comfortable bed. It was centrally located between Dillard and The Highlands (which we visited several times). It was in a quiet neighborhood, and we would definitely stay again.

Just perfect!

The tiny home was adorable! The owners have thought of everything. There’s a beautiful view of the valley across the road. It’s in a wonderful location to explore Highlands, Dillard, Cashiers, and Clayton. Can’t wait to return!!
