Cute bungalow in the Bent Creek area of Asheville near the city's best mountain biking trails and the beautiful arboretum! Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house has a king bed, a queen bed, and 2 twin beds, all are memory foam mattresses with fresh, fluffy bedding.

Guests will love playing music on the record player, relaxing in the hot tub, playing foosball and ping pong in the basement, dining in the outdoor pavilion, and enjoying the nearby trails and community park!

The space
Beautiful and comfy gem located in Bent Creek, just minutes from mountain biking trails, hiking, and downtown Asheville. This quaint bungalow is perfect for families with a kids' area (including a reading nook under the stairs), toys, games, and a cute community park just a few blocks away. And parents will appreciate the high chair, pack-n-play, and plates provided for little ones.

Couples will love the midcentury modern furniture in the living room with a selection of records to play tunes on the record player and the relaxing hot tub on the back patio. And with a foosball table and ping pong in the basement, you'll never run out of fun things to keep you entertained during your stay.

And mountain bikers will love the easy access to the best trails in all of Asheville, just down the road. Our community park also has a fun pump track that all ages can enjoy.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized memory foam bed with fluffy, high-quality bedding, a dresser, a large closet, and a luggage rack for your convenience. The primary bathroom is right off the bedroom and has a stand-up shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized memory foam bed with fluffy, high-quality bedding and a luggage rack. And the third bedroom features a darling mural wall, two twin-sized memory foam beds with fluffy, high-quality bedding, and a luggage rack.

The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and a large, custom vanity. Guests will love the brand-new oversized bath towels provided.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, a coffee pot, a toaster, a microwave, and a variety of other utensils if you choose to cook during your stay. Funky kitchen tiles, custom open shelving, butcherblock countertops, and stainless steel appliances make this a kitchen you'll love to cook in!

The real highlight of this Bent Creek bungalow is the airy basement where you'll find a comfortable sectional facing the big-screen TV with Netflix and Disney+ access. A foosball table and a pingpong table will provide hours of entertainment for the adults, and a kids' area with toys, books, and a reading nook will keep the kids busy.

The beautiful backyard features a relaxing hot tub, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a dining table under a large covered pavilion, and two hammock chairs.

The entire house features local Asheville artwork including a custom Blue Ridge Mountains mural in the game room.

Guests will have access to the entire house, the front yard, the backyard, and the driveway for parking, The garage is not available for guests to access.
