This little gem was EXACTLY what my friend and I needed for a night away. It was in an unbelievable spot, incredibly clean, and so cozy. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to them with a breathtaking view as we ate our breakfast. There were personal touches all over the place. From the fan in the bedroom to the speaker system, this adorable get away did not disappoint!

Hosting at Minisands is incredibly special to us because York Beach has always been part of our story. It’s where we grew up going to the beach, where so many of our favorite memories were made, and where our love for the ocean began.

Today, we’re creating those same moments with our own girls—long beach days at Long Sands Beach, sunset walks, and everything in between. Minisands is our cozy coastal cottage just steps from the ocean, designed to feel simple, comfortable, and deeply connected to the beach.
