It is a short walk to the Nordic Museum, Sunday Farmer's Market, Ballard Locks Park, Ballard's shopping, restaurants, and coffee houses. Rupee Bar, and Old Salt are at end of block. It is also a 20 min walk to Golden Gardens with many outdoor activities and 1 block from public transit with a direct route to downtown Seattle!
This immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury townhome offers living amenities with modern touches, a Mt. Rainier view, a seasonal view of the Olympics and a view of the top of the Space Needle where you can see fireworks display for New Years.
Step into the open concept layout flooded with natural light through a large picture window. The main floor has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch your favorite sports game on the 65" Smart TV.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
The 2nd level has 2 guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds. There is also a full-sized bathroom with a tub in the hallway. You can also enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry.
