This house was roomy, comfortable, and in a great location to see all the sights of San Diego. When booking this house, I had no idea what great proximity it was to everywhere. The on-ramp to 805 is just a block from the house. The neighborhood seems really safe.
Great location, great home!
We had a great stay at Linda's home. It is close to shopping, food, entertainment, and a Lyft is never far away. Get the Bird App and scooter to North Park and back!
Reasonably priced rental close, but not too close, to everything San Diego
This home, in a suburbs of San Diego, is a fun & comfortable alternative to being in the heart of San Diego. It is close to everything you want to see while visiting San Diego - Coronado, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town and more. It is an interesting, eclectic town where you are within walking distance of as many restaurants as you can imagine. The parking is more than just awful in these small towns (everyone parks on the street) and the houses are packed together like sardines (different than where we are from), but there is parking behind the unit. . .quiz the owner about how to get to that parking because it took us a bit to figure it all out since you have to access it via a small alley on the back side of the property. The town and property are pet friendly and even though the home was built probably in the 40's, it is clean and comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with getting access, but the owner's son (who lives in one of the units behind the house), was friendly and helpful to get a key (the prior tenant put it in the mailbox slot, rather than the keybox). I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Linda's home the next time we vacation in San Diego.

Our group of 7 stayed here for 11 days and were very comfortable. Never cramped. The house was clean, kitchen was adequately outfitted, had plenty of linens, etc. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

We had a wonderful time in this home away from home. Plenty of bedrooms, clean, welcoming. The owner was immediately responsive whenever I had a question. We loved it!

Great house with a Great location!
I had a large family of 9 adults staying here for my college graduation and it was perfect! The house is located in a great central location to San Diego's main attractions. The house was clean and had plenty of parking for our three cars. Beds were totally comfy which was wonderful after long days of graduation celebrations and sightseeing. Linda was a joy to talk to as she is quick in response and eager to help. She left information on restaurants that were close by which we used a few times during our stay! I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to experience all San Diego has to offer. I look forward to planning another vacation to San Diego and renting this house!
