We are within walking distance of Adams Ave. restaurants, bars and bus line. Central location near all San Diego has to offer. The house is in the front, one of three houses set on a deep lot with two parking spaces for your use in the back. The house is separated from the other house by a fence for privacy. Near a quiet lovely canyon. Nicely landscaped. We have furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Large master bedroom features king bed, plus a sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors onto small patio. 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Ample closet space throughout. Gorgeous master bathroom has double sinks and jacuzzi bathtub, plus a regular full bathroom. Fully functional modern kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee, stove, microwave, dinnerware and basic cooking/dining supplies. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, included. Dining room and living room have refinished hardwood floors. Lots of seating. Central heating and air conditioning. Front porch chairs are a great place to have coffee, and watch the joggers and dog walkers go by. Pet friendly with approval. Close to Balboa Park, ZOO, Scripps, Rady, Sharp & UCSD hospitals, Mission Valley, Downtown and SDSU. Walk to Adams Avenue with great restaurants and bars such as El Zarape, Blind Lady Ale, Rabbit Hole, Polite Provisions, Tao Thai, etc.

This house is roomy, great for families. Close to where we live and the neighborhood is a friendly safe family area. Close to San Diego State and downtown. Central location; the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are 3.2 miles away. Ocean Beach is 8 miles, Coronado Island is 10 miles, a quick highway drive. Broadway, in downtown San Diego is 5-6 miles, depending on how you get there. Not far from Marine Corps Recruit depot.

Modern updated kitchen, spacious, home away from home. Spread out floor plan offers quiet sleeping away from the living room. Central air conditioning and heating. Windows are modern double pane insulated for extra quiet. Parking for two vehicles in rear.

Central location close to all San Diego has to offer. The local restaurants such as El Zarape Mexican, Tao Thai, Blind Lady Ale House and DiMilles Italian all have great food.

Great location, within 15 minutes of everything SD has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Home while on family vacation in San Diego. It fit all 10 of us comfortably for the 6 days we were there. There was even enough room for us to have a few local relatives over for dinner. Besides a few lights being out and the propane tank running on almost empty, everything was great and we are already looking at dates for next year. Thanks Linda!

Great Family Vacation

Six of us stayed in this lovely home in March. We had a very comfortable stay. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to fully utilize the kitchen as it was equipped with everything we could need.

Perfect location. Great neighborhood and within walking distance of a variety of stores and restaurants.

Linda was very informative and easily reachable. We would love to stay at this house for our next trip to San Diego.

Golf Trip Gang

Six of us stayed in this home for a week. Great location for us, we spent the days on the golf course, and the evenings at the Ball Park watching baseball.

The house had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the BBQ in the Small back deck area.

The off street Parking made it very convenient and easy..

Linda was very accommodating for the check in,

Recommend this for any group who want to see San Diego area.

the Main Drag Adams Ave has a wide variety of pubs/restaurants with local craft brews to mention.

Great house in a great location to explore what San Diego has to offer.

We stayed at this lovely home in October. Everything was as advertised. The Kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need, the wifi worked throughout the house and the neighborhood was great for walking with many restaurants and shops near by. It is close to 30th st. which is one of the hearts of the San Diego Craft beer scene and minutes from the Zoo and Balboa park. Linda was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The dedicated parking spaces in the back (accessed by the alley) was very convenient as street parking can be at a premium with the nearby apartments. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable and we highly recommend it.

Great 4BR home with convenient location!

The 4 Bedroom / 2 Bath home was laid out just right for 7 of our family members to meet up from 4 different States. The backyard grill and porch were a nice place to gather to spend time with family. Home was equipped with all items needed. Owner is very pleasant and attentive to any needs. Off street parking was nice as well. Highly recommend.
