Speedy Wi-fi, Nespresso machine, smart tv and best of all, newly installed mini splits for quiet A/C and heat will keep you cozy no matter the weather. Newly renovated bathroom with shower. Queen bed with linens included. Front deck with gas grill and outdoor seating for meals al fresco. Includes 1 designated parking spot with shared community overflow parking spaces available on community grounds. Bed linens and Bath Towels included, please bring your own beach towels and chairs.
