Why they chose this property
The summer of 89 we met each other at a summer camp in the area. All the counselors used to take our breaks along the Russian River. One break while inner tubing down the River, we dreamed of our future and decided one day we'd have a house on the river. It took about 30 years, but now, with the help of family, we have our Cozy Cottage!

What makes this property unique
Any food growing on the property is yours to enjoy during your stay. Seasonal veggies from the garden, plums in the summer, persimmons in the fall and, if you're lucky, a fig. Pus anything in the fridge or cabinets.
