Unfortunately, this is true. With unforeseeable circumstances with housekeeping a key was not left and with an unknown very late check in we were not able to communicate in time. This should never happen again with VRBO guests as lockbox codes will be given at time of confirmation. Our sincere apologies to Bess and her party, for what should have been an amazing stay at the Cabins at Seven Foxes.
