Guests will have full access to the property and two driveway parking spaces. Please do not open the gate to park in the patio.

Our goal is to make sure every guest has the exact same 5 star renting experience. Let us be your concierge, helping you find the best spots around town to make your stay as incredible as possible. 24/7 availability should anything arise during your stay.
This is a family friendly home, however it is not equipped with baby and toddler safety features. The hot tub does have a protective cover that must remain on when not in use. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub without supervision.
We do our best to keep the hot tub in top notch condition and very clean. However sometimes issues arise. As Hosts we will do our best to address an issue with the hot tub in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise.
Hot Tub seating is between 3-5 people.
Hot Tub Maintenance will be by Tentatively through summer every Tuesday and Thursday around. They will enter the backyard through the side gate.
We allow up to two pets, dogs only sorry no cats! For a flat $200 flat fee per stay. This fee will be included with your booking total when you select that you are bringing a pet with your guest count.
Please clean up any pet waste, if there is waste left behind it will be an additional $100 charge for additional cleaning.
Absolutely no house parties or illegal activities including illegal drug use or prostitution, you will be fined and your reservation will be cancelled and you will have to leave immediately.
Please no smoking or vaping in the home and make sure to keep this closer to the bbq area so smoke does not flow into the house, please clean up any ash or debris left behind before your check-out.
Cordial family gatherings are great as long as the home is respected. Thank you so much!
- Please review the following rental agreement and liability waiver prior to reserving this home. By reserving this home this is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the following;
Renter's Responsibilities
1.1 Supervision: The Renter is responsible for the supervision of all guests, particularly children, at all times during the rental period.
1.2 Responsibilities: The Renter must ensure that all guests adhere to the following rules and safety measures near the hot tub.
Rules:
● Use all amenities at your own risk.
● No food, no glass, no alcoholic drinks in or near the hot tub.
● General Safety:
● No lifeguard on duty; the renter is responsible for the safe operation of the hot tub and all persons using the hot tub during their stay.
● Use of the hot tub facilities during the stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the hot tub equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the hot tub area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the hot tub.
● The renter recognizes and fully understands that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; it only provides examples of types of risks that the renter is assuming.
1.3 Cleanliness: The Renter agrees to maintain cleanliness in the entire home, including all outdoor amenities, and to dispose of all trash properly.
1.4 Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the hot tub and the surrounding property during the rental period.
1.5 Guest Limitations: This waiver applies to all guests on the property using the amenities.
2. Waiver of Liability
2.1 Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that their stay at the Property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, falling, slips, trips, falls, cuts, and adverse weather conditions. The renter understands that the description of the risks in this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk (the “Document”) is not complete and that other risks or events that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury and/or death.
2.2 Release of Liability: The Renter, on behalf of themselves and their guests, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Owner from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Renter or their guests while using the hot tub and other amenities.
2.3 Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that the Owner may incur due to the Renter's use of the hot tub and other amenities.
