Rented the house to visit family. Had a wonderful experience and the owner Kathi was very accommodating. The photos does not do this place justice. Very spacious and we loved the basement game room/theater. If we come back to Colorado, I will be staying here again!

This house was absolutely stunning. I took my family for a “staycation” outside of the city and this house did not disappoint. The theater was the highlight of our stay, there was enough space for my whole family and we were able to make some great memories. My sons loved the basketball game and my older kids got a kick out of the pool table. There were even blocks and kid games for my granddaughter. These hosts thought of everything and if we’re ever doing a family getaway for an extended weekend we would certainly love to book our stay here again! This place is 100/10!

Everything went very well during the entire experience. The house is amazing! The neighborhood is great! Furnushed well, and over the top with a theater! Very comfortable!

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and a convenient location. The house was very roomy and easy to live in. The kitchen and breakfast room were favorites of ours where we gathered for meals, conversation and games. Our group didn't use the gameroom, but it could be wonderful for a different group. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and I believe we left it in the same condition when we left.Kathi Jo was wonderful to work with and solved a couple of questions shortly after we arrived.We have family in Colorado Springs and the house was great for entertaining. It is roomy and comfortable.There is a Walmart straight down the hill and that solved a lot ot our shopping needs. There were also neighborhood restaurants that we enjoyed.It was also just about a half mile to the freeway that took you about anywhere you wanted to go.We would definitely return to this home.

The house is beautiful and the host was so easy to deal with. Walked us through working the theater room immediately when called. Very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. . Would highly recommend this place. More then enough room.
