New, immaculate cabin, conveniently located minutes from everything western North Carolina has to offer. Hiking, fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, skiing, horseback riding, or just relaxing on the private deck and taking in the mountain views and fresh air.
The road to the cabin is fully paved for easy access year-round. The deck is very private with mountain views to the east and west, and no other homes in sight.
Vaulted ceilings and the fireplace give a feeling of warmth and openness to the great room. The full kitchen and dining area adjoin the great room, and allow for any kind of meal preparation, although there are many excellent restaurants nearby.
The master bedroom which features a king-sized bed is airy and bright. Additional amenities include a dresser, dressing table, ample closet space, and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The great room has a convertible couch that can sleep two, satellite HD TV, and a gas fireplace that can heat the entire cabin. The cabin has a separate central HVAC system if you'd prefer not to heat with the fireplace.
The full bathroom is off the great room for easy access without going through the master bedroom.

My wife and I are retired. We are from Florida and moved to North Carolina several years ago . We fell in love with the area for its unspoiled natural beauty and peacefulness. We urge you to read our reviews as we take great pride in making your stay as relaxing and stress free as possible.
Richard Keller purchased this cabin in 2013
The location is special. Nestled atop a high ridge, the cabin has both privacy and long range views of the valley and the mountains on either side. Our only neighbor's house is not visible from the cabin's deck.
Each season has its own wonder - blooms everywhere in spring, the greenery of summer, leaves changing color in the fall, and snow covered peaks in winter.
The location is fantastic. We've taken our family to the Smoky Mountains to see the largest elk herd east of the Mississippi, then 20 minutes later gone to dinner at a quaint restaurant in downtown Waynesville. Everything is very convenient.
Perfect cabin, clean, great views, and terrific location. We'll be back!
We had an amazing weekend at this adorable mountain cabin. The view is unbeatable and the owners thought of everything. There is a very nice grill on the deck where we cooked at night, kitchen basics, washer/dryer, bath essentials, and more. The owners will also very responsible when we were booking our vacation. We would recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
My wife and I booked this cozy cabin for 2 nights and loved every second of it. (So did our Great Dane) From the views to the amenities provided, everything was simply perfect. Richard and Chris were fantastic hosts and super easy to deal with.
The private deck out front was to die for. On top of that, the views from the rear of the property were equally as stunning - almost remissienct of a portrait. It felt as if we had the entire mountain to ourself as they're aren't many properties nearby. Private and secluded :)
As for the cabin itself, it was immaculately clean and there's a garage underneath...perfect for those cold months so you don't have to defrost your car for 45 minutes in the morning. All the appliances are brand new. Spacious bathroom with the deluxe shower head. Two mounted flat screen TV's with DirectTv in living room and bedroom. Living room comes equipped with a really nice soundbar as well if you're in the mood for a movie with theatre quality sound. The highlight of the living room is the remote activated fireplace. Simply amazing. Everything.
Many trails/activities within 30min driving distance in the area. Have fun! And thank you again Richard and Chris. We will be back ASAP.

My husband and I just spent 4 nights here and loved it! The cabin is kept immaculately clean and has all the amenities. It was a perfect size with a large bedroom, open kitchen, dining & living area. Even though it cooled down at night (this is August), it wasn't cool enough to use the fireplace - will have to go back when the weather is cooler to enjoy that. The views are spectacular from the house and the deck. We could have spent our vacation simply sitting on the deck, enjoying the view. The location is close to hiking trails and Waynesville, which is a lovely town. I highly recommend this place!
Amazing two days in this most adorable home away from home! I truly think this beautiful setting was a blessing for us. We will return and many thanks to the host and hostess for their kindness and caring.

We had a wonderful time at this perfect cabin. The deck is lovely and the breeze throughout the cabin made it unnecessary to use the a/c. The mountain views are gorgeous. Everything we needed was provided. We hope to return next summer. Nicest VRBO we've stayed in to date.
Located between Maggie Valley and historic Waynesville in western North Carolina, our cabin is convenient to the Biltmore House in Asheville, Wheels Thru Time Museum, Lake Junaluska, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah's Casino. The Casino features big name entertainment and upscale restaurants.
