I'm an Australian born ski instructor here in Crested Butte for 33 years and volunteer dj at our local radio station. I rent only in winter as I travel for work to Aspen.

Why they chose this property

Crested Butte is my heart and my home and I know you will enjoy the uniqueness of this wonderful community and town.

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect little spot for me and for you. The location alone affords almost instant access to everything the town of CB has to offer and one block from the free bus loop up to the Mountain ski Resort. I'm very proud of my bathroom and kitchen remodel and the bed is wonderfully comfortable.
