From your PRIVATE lanai, you can see the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. If you come during the winter months (mid-December-April) you can view the whales right from your lanai! Turtles, spinning dolphins, rainbows and unforgettable Maui sunsets can be seen year-round.

The fully furnished kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and a stove/oven. The GE refrigerator/freezer provides filtered water which is a plus! The custom cabinets are absolutely beautiful, and have been filled with all new utensils, dishes and cookware. You will also find smaller appliances in the kitchen such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, and even a slow cooker. This open floor plan, allows you to still mingle with your guests' and have a beautiful view of the ocean, while you are preparing your meals.
The living area provides comfortable seating for six (6) guests. You will find two (2) sofa's and a chair for your comfort. The living area also provides a 50 inch Flatscreen TV, a BLU-RAY DVD player; and a BLUETOOTH player, so you can play your own music from your smartphone! There is a wall A/C unit in the living area to help with the days of no trade winds; along with ceiling fans in all of the rooms.
For your dining needs, the unit provides a dining room table for four (4) and six (6) bar stools. You will also have a smaller table outside on the lanai, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment.
The unit can accommodate up to six (6) guests'. The master bedroom provides a KING size bed with a TV; the guestroom provides two (2) twin beds. You have the option of moving the twin beds together, to make King size bed, if preferred. The sofa in the living area also provides a full/queen size sleeper.
You will also find misc. beach gear such as beach towels, mats, chairs and a cooler. If you have little ones, not to worry they are covered too! This unit provides the basics such as a high chair, baby cot, beach toys, books and games. For your convenience, Upon your arrival you will find a basic "starter" set of kitchen supplies and Avalon Organics bath supplies such shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body cream. Other amenities include basic cable, Wi-Fi, and one assigned parking space.
SEAWALL REPAIR NOTICE:
The permit for the seawall repair has been approved as of Nov. 13, 2018. The staging area is being planned and more information will be forthcoming as we receive it.
he Maui Sands HOA has received the permit for the seawall repair.
The HOA has been working with the contractor over the last several days and they have given us a projected start date of between January 15, 2019 and February 1, 2019. It is important to remember that due to the time of year these start dates and future timelines can easily change with high surf and how fragile our seawall is while they excavate. This will be a slow process and it is expected to be a minimum of 7 to 8 months of construction to repair the seawall. We understand that this is going to be a disruption for a great length of time. The HOA says that they are trying to do everything they can to ensure that this is a smooth process with as few hiccups as possible. The HOA is presently working on the specifics of the staging area and at this point it looks like the grassy area between the shuffleboard/BBQ and building five as well as the area with the cement pad in front of the viewing deck, will be the staging area. Also access for equipment will come in from the North parking lot and enter the property between buildings two and three, where there will be a safety/dust barrier that then runs down towards the staging area and seawall. The construction will start from the south end of the seawall and move north.
This means that work will began in front of building "5" and then building "4". This unit is located in building "4". The viewing deck has been “temporarily” reconstructed. The viewing deck may be available during a good portion of the construction. Please remember there is no guarantee of the use of this viewing deck for any portion of time. We will provide updates as they are provided.
