This charming, iconic lakefront home offers unparalleled views of Keuka Lake on two acres of lightly wooded land; with over two hundred feet of lake frontage that spans two separate beaches and a beautiful shoreline point. A historic landmark, Keuka Landing has embodied the classic serenity of lakeside living on Keuka Lake since the early 1900s.
Nestled conveniently in Keuka Village on the Lower East Lake Road, just off Route 54, Keuka Landing is a stone’s throw from the summer revelry of the Switzerland Inn, and a mere fifteen-minute drive from either the 2012 “coolest small town” in America, Hammondsport, to the south, or Penn Yan to the North. Equally close are the area’s finest restaurants and wineries – all points of pride and allure of the Finger Lakes region!
As unique as its history, Keuka Landing’s ranch-style home is rich in character and has four bedrooms, two of which have their own private, full bathrooms. Aside from a third, full bathroom, the home has a modern kitchen and living space complete with a fireplace, and an upstairs sitting room to take in the most beautiful views on the lake of The Bluff, southern and eastern branches of Keuka.
This is an ideal location for a summer or fall getaway to enjoy all that Keuka Lake has to offer, in upstate New York’s most beautiful and memorable seasons. From lakeside barbecues and bonfires, to tours and tastings of the local wineries, and the many water and outdoor sporting activities, Keuka Landing is the perfect opportunity to fully experience the mystique of Keuka Lake.

Our family recently purchased this beautiful property and are thrilled to be able to share it with others. We've had a summer home on Keuka Lake for 19 years and our children have so many wonderful memories of time together on the lake. We love the Finger Lakes and all that it has to offer.
Patti purchased this House in 2013
Why Patti chose Dundee
This ranch home sits on 2 acres of land, with its own private beaches. It is located at the widest part of the lake across from the bluff and is an amazing property from all angles.
What makes this House unique
There are absolutely gorgeous views of the Bluff and the Southern and Eastern Branches of Keuka Lake, whether standing at Kendall Point or outside in the beautiful yard.

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious
This was not our first vacation cottage on the Finger Lakes nor will it be our last. But Keuka Landing was the best place we've stayed and will be the one we hope to return to again and again. Beautifully located on a large, wonderfully landscape spit of land jutting out into Keuka Lake with great and long views both up and down the lake, it provided exactly the kind of peaceful, relaxing atmosphere we five seniors sought. However, this place was ideal for families of all ages, not only seniors, with its large grassy lawn for play, its two stable kayaks and one paddle boat for pleasant rides in the blue waters, it's wide, secure dock for casting out a line for bluegill, perch, and bass (two apparently large mouth bass of 16-18 inches length were spotted lazily swimming near the dock), and its gentle slope into the water for swimming.
The grounds and the private 3-bedroom, 3-bath, one-story charming cottage interior were all immaculately maintained and very well appointed with several comfortable, well placed seating and table areas outside on the waterfront and, inside, an open floor plan with fully supplied kitchen, comfortable high quality chairs and sofas, spacious bedrooms, and to-die-for views through a full bank of windows across the long, extended living room overlooking the lake.
When you combine all these features and amenities with the cheery, friendly, informative and available ownership of Patti Hinman and her husband, it's easy to understand why we siblings and in-laws from Ohio, North Carolina, and Connecticut immediately requested a same-time-next-year reservation to reprise our most enjoyable and rejuvenating experience.
Thank you for the wonderful review and we are so glad that you enjoyed yourselves. We look forward to having you back next year!
We loved our stay at Keuka Landing last week. We lived in Corning for 24 years and it was fun to come back to a familiar place for us. The property was lovely and the 2 beach areas are great. We thought about renting a boat but the weather was a little iffy some days so we just used the kayaks and paddleboat and they worked just fine for us. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved swimming in the lake but especially fishing off the dock! She and her grandfather caught over 75 fish during the week covering 6 different varieties. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.
Beautiful property and more
Besides the beautiful property, views and excellent location, the owners have stocked the house with items to help you enjoy all it has to offer. We were welcomed with a personalized postcard and complimentary bottle of delicious local wine. I was then impressed to find items like plastic wraps and containers in the kitchen for storing leftovers. Lake toys, water shoes, life vests for fun in the water plus plenty of newspaper, kindling and wood for great campfires are all available to ensure a great time at the lake. Clearly it is important to the owners that their guests are well taken care of... thank you for making such a great space available and your attention to details.
We had a wonderful week on Keuka Lake in this beautiful cottage. We spent most of our time outside (except for one rainy day) and loved the shady and sunny options this beautiful frontage provided. We cooked most of our meals at the cottage and the kitchen is well equipped - loved grilling too. It was really fun watching the otters play in the evening and even some mornings!
Best Lakefront on Keuka
We rented this property near our the town where we grew up for a get-together on the lake. The house was very spacious and immaculately clean, but it was the property itself that made our stay so special. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with mature trees and shady gardens, so the afternoon sun lit the beach and not the house. The two beaches are just slightly below the level of the grassy lawn, so they are available without having to navigate lots of steps or crossing the road. The owners have provided a number of chairs, tables, and chaises, so there are many options for sitting in the water, near the water, around a campfire, or in the shade. The dock is new and clean and the water at this location is just beautiful. You won't believe the views up and down the lake. Come during the Perseid meteor shower, and you won't believe the falling stars, either. Our stay on Keuka was wonderful, and we give the credit to being in such a beautiful location.
Loved the Village Tavern in Hammondsport for food (don't miss the fabulous piano player on Friday night) and also the beauty/challenge of climbing through Watkins Glen.
This place is fabulous! The setting is quiet and beautifully landscaped with cooling grass and
many large shade trees. We enjoyed the two kayaks, paddle boat and the two natural beaches.
The cottage was spacious and clean with the bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, quite
separated for privacy. The living and dinning area is open and comfortable, equipped with a large
screen TV and wi-fi. Although the cottage is near many wineries, museums and villages with
quaint shops, we hated to leave the place. I especially enjoyed sitting in the shade on the swing, glancing at the
beautiful scenery, feeling the warm breezes, and hearing the waves.........memories to cherish in February.
