Maui is repeatedly ranked 'Best Island' by readers of Conde Nast, and Kaanapali is THE destination on Maui. The fabulous beach, Black Rock, the hotel strip (not over-developed like Miami or Honolulu) - you name it, if it's desirable, it's all in Kaanapali.
The problem is that Kaanapali has become quite pricey for a beachfront Condo or hotel room, which is why the Kaanapali Royal is such a welcome alternative.
Without a doubt the Kaanapali Royal is the best value in Kaanapali, and this unit is one of the best priced on property! Located on the golf course within easy walking distance to the beach and Whaler's Village, with its great shops, restaurants and on the beach.
The best of both worlds! Close to the action yet quiet and removed. The unit is nice, and the grounds are beautiful. There is a large pool and jacuzzi with pool side BBQ's with tables & chairs. Also take advantage of the two tennis courts. The complex is gated with night security (Not that you need it). Parking is at a level grade under spreading shade trees. The front desk charges a flat fee for parking of $75.
This unit is accessed by stairs onto the 3rd floor. And there are stairs inside leading up to the master bedroom. Imagine 1500 square feet of living space with an expansive lanai, all mod-cons, sleeps four in beds and there is a pull/out sofa bed for one or two extra guests. There is air conditioning, but with the steady trade winds just open a window and let the natural breeze in. Spectacular sunset views into the Pacific from your master bedroom, living room and lanai. Imagine a week or more in paradise!
