Location was where we wanted to be. Very clean, great balcony view. We visited St. Pete's pier and Honey Moon Isle. Sunsets on beach, wonderfull.

This condo was the perfect retreat for a girl's weekend - spacious, comfortable, and walkable to restaurants and John's Pass. Excellent communication leading up to our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. The sunrise from the balcony is exquisite!

We would not rent this property again. It definitely needs to be redone, repaired and cleaned. Kitchen supplies were inadequate. Master bath had tub with shower but no grab bar. Vanities were low and shell sink is very outdated. Location and view was great so we would book this but in a different unit.

This place was so perfect! The location was walking distance from several restaurants and the beach. We really appreciated the in unit washer and dryer. Also there was a collection of fun things left behind by previous guests like beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and fishing poles. We had a fabulous time!!

Short stay

This worked for a quick 2 night stay. Was good location and having 2 rooms was nice and spacious. Condo due a painting and upgrading but was usable even after the past hurricanes. Did have elevator issues but itrip was quick to respond to my text. Would stay here again. Nice pool.

Excellent location. Spacious accommodations. Close to everything. Walking distance to many food establishments. Beach is right across the street and not crowed at all. This is my second trip to this address and first time at this particular condo. Would recommend without hesitation.

Just what we were looking for. Everything was as pictured in their listing. Host immediately responded to any of our questions. We'll definitely book again.

OK but not great

We are disappointed in the appearance of the place. It was outdated and the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. I had to bring in the balcony chair cushions to put on the couch to soften it a little. The pictures online showed a Keurig machine so before arriving we stopped and bought several boxes of KCups for our stay. Only to find out there was no K machine. So we had to go back to the store to buy ground coffee. The location was good and conveniently located to fun things to do. And the view was amazing off the balcony. I do wish it wasnt so close to a busy main road. But all in all it was a good stay. I never contacted a manager to rate them.

Madeira Beach is still recovering from the fall hurricanes in February. While the condo was in great shape, other properties nearby are rough. Hopefully all of Madeira Beach is repaired soon.

Madeira Beach Condo

We are very impressed by the management company. Very responsive and helpful. The location is great with the beach just across street and close access to many restaurants, boardwalk, etc. It’s very clean and well taken care of. Perfect for us!

Peaceful

The location was great. Walking distance to numerous places as well as coffee and poke shops below. We had a wonderful view of a canal from the balcony. Very quiet. Walk path across the street to the beach. In addition, they had everything you need for the beach and more. A great place to stay that checks all the blocks. Enjoyed.

Great place to stay

I would stay there again, if I ever go back to Madeira Beach, that would be the first place I check to see if it's available. Everything was just so easy.

Perfect location

I truly have no complaints. The bed was comfortable. The condo was clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. I'm looking into possibly booking for next year. The view of the bay was beautiful. We saw manatees & dolphins several times in the bay. I understand to make suggestions on what could make things better but I feel like there is no reason to give an excellent review. I feel like the only thing that needed updated (or just maybe a good cleaning) would be the couch & chair. This may be a far reach but I also feel like a small vacuum would be nice to have available also. You can try your best to get all the sand off your feet and belongings, you are still bringing it into the condo & the broom that was provided doesn't do the best with getting it all up.

Celebrating besties turning 50!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I along with my best friend and her husband. We celebrated our 50th birthdays at the beach! The condo was super clean, bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were soft with the extra padding. The kitchen could use new silverware, as there aren't enough utensils to be used for lunch and dinner without having to wash in between. That may sound silly, but it did get tedious. The view from the balcony was stunning, morning and night. We happened to catch a glace of a manatee once! The beach access was easy enough to navigate. All in all, it was a great place to vacation, and we are thinking about a family vacation here again next summer.

Wonderful location and extras

We really enjoyed this condo. The location was perfect with a heated pool and a dock to fish off from. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for utensils and dishes. We were really thankful someone had left a boogie board and sand toys! We booked with itrip and they provided free ice cream coupons and some other free activities.

Amazing time with family.

My son is living in at Pete and this was a vacation with a friend to visit him. We loooooved the balcony so much. The three of us enjoyed the location with the beach being so close and a nice warm pool. Amazing!! Thank you!
