Seawood is a light and airy suite with vaulted ceilings and spectacular ocean views from the expansive windows in every room. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a queen Murphy bed in the main living area. A well-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the plates, glasses, cooking tools, and utensils you might need.

At the end of a day spent exploring the local trails, beaches, and forests, relax while barbecuing on the deck. Sip your favorite beverage and enjoy the spectacular sunset, relaxing by the fire table with the sound of the waves in your ears. Star gaze from the comfortable deck or bring your lawn chairs and watch from the beach.

It's only a short stroll through a magical forest to your own private beach. Bring down your morning coffee and watch magnificent Pacific gray whales pass by in the spring as they migrate to northern feeding grounds, returning again in the fall. Roaming pods of resident killer whales can also be seen offshore, as well as otters and sea lions. Truly, this is paradise.

Surrounded by nature and wildlife yet minutes from the local amenities and outdoor adventures of Sooke, BC, this beautiful property is a forty minute drive to BC's capital city, Victoria, and only an hour from the Victoria International Airport and Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. As part of our COVID-19 prevention policy, we do not stock any food items in our kitchen (including salt, oil, pepper, etc).

My family absolutely loved our stay here! We spent 3 nights here, and would have definitely stayed longer (however planned to explore our way to Tofino). We are so happy with everything this place has to offer- ocean view and access, very clean, and all the amenities you need. We enjoyed watching seals pop their heads up all throughout the days

Walking in the door was immediate relaxation! We enjoyed exploring local trails and beaches by day then coming back to grill out on the balcony and enjoy dinner with the best view in town! Our daughter (age 11) and our dog really enjoyed playing on the private beach just a minute walk from the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future!

This is our 3rd stay at this property, and it’s just as fabulous as the first time. The home is clean, bright, and airy. It is well appointed with all basic needs met with quality items. The eco-friendly waste set up is great.It has absolutely stunning views. Plan to spend a bit of time on that deck!There are a couple of units, but plenty of easy parking in the large circle drive. Quick & easy access to many of the SW coast public lands. If you’re hesitating, book it. :)

We absolutely loved this place. The rental was spotless and very well appointed. The views are outstanding and the wildlife showed up daily. We enjoyed the peaceful setting. The location is just far enough out of town to be quiet and feel secluded, yet very convenient to restaurants and activities.

Seawood is as beautiful as the pictures. Very comfortable, a well-appointed kitchen, quiet, bright, lots of big windows and seating to enjoy the view. Comfortable bed too.

Beautiful Stay Near Sooke

Seawood delivers on location and amazingly scenic views. We found the Sooke area to be beautiful with some gem amenities. The suite was comfortable, well stocked and clean. It has access to a rocky beach that we visited daily. We saw otters and seals from the deck. We were slightly disappointed to learn upon arriving that the house is split into at least 3 suites so it felt more like an Inn. therefdeck.

Breathtaking views and charming attentions

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The place was very well furnished, very clean and super pleasant to stay in. The deck is amazing and has extraordinary views on the ocean and wildlife. We particularly liked all the little attentions left for who is renting the place like multiple extension cords, slippers or even a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. It made the place very welcoming. Only thing is the absence of blinds on some of the curved windows that make the living room with the foldable bed very bright in the morning.
