It is a newly renovated apartment in 2016, 1st line of sea with views, and communal area with pool and playground.

There are 2 rooms. The main one with double bed, spacious, large closet and lots of light. Modern and very nice with new furniture that has just arrived the last week of June. The other room is a smaller room, but has a bunk bed and can sleep 2 children. Access is directly through the double room.

The dining room is very full, bright and modern. With new table and chair for up to 6 people, LED TV 40 "and a new sofa bed very comfortable and comfortable. It has ceiling fan direct views to the sea, although not from high altitude, but they are pretty .. It has exit to a terrace balcony, where it is very nice to sit to watch the sea or enjoy the cool of the afternoon (equipped with table and chairs too).

The kitchen is also complete, with all necessary appliances, new refrigerator induction plates, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery crockery, new kitchenware in 2016 for cooking and cleaning, etc.

There is also a bathroom with shower. We also have the washing machine here.

Work has been done on the renovation and complete renovation of furniture, painting, terrace, facade of the building, all in 2016.

The best is its situation facing the sea, and a good community area, with 2 swimming pools (1 for babies), showers, sunbeds for sunbathing and direct access to the beach, playground with swings, etc.
