Couples Cozy retreat, quiet and 10 minute walk to the beach -REMODELED NOV 2023

Our villa is a beautiful one bedroom, two bath located in scenic Shipyard plantation. Beachwalk is the closest complex to the beach in Shipyard and our unit is nestled in the trees but is only a short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike to the spectacular wide beach. Shipyard is one of the prettiest parts of the island and offers the amenities of the adjacent Sonesta Hotel as well as having 3 golf courses and the Vandermeer Tennis complex. HAS HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND BIG SCREEN TV

Our villa contains a new large king size bed in the master bedroom. The unit is located up one flight of stairs and is bright and cheery and clean with a skylight illuminating the kitchen. You can also take advantage of the huge new deck which wraps around the entire front and side of the villa.

Within walking distance is the Sonesta hotel where you can dine or sip drinks in their indoor or outdoor bars. Also nearby just out the Shipyard gate are the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza.

Wonderful beach vacation

We loved the condo. It was perfect for my husband and me. We have been coming to HHI for about 25 years so we know the area well. I must say we were a bit surprised at the outside of all the condos in Beachwalk. They are showing their age but it looks like they are starting to update with new decks and paint. I’m sure we will be returning for many more years.

193 Beachwalk

Our stay was great at 193 Beachwalk. This villa is very well layed out and clean. The biggest issue I had was it is a kinda long walk to the beach access , especially dragging along a beach wagon ,tent chairs, cooler...ect . We usually wind up just driving out unloading our stuff at the access area then trying to find parking. The villa is very nice and in a very quiet area.

Great location near beach; very comfortable unit

This unit, which is a short walk to the beach, is perfect for a couple. It is very spacious with a beautiful new kitchen (with lots of light from skylights) and two full bathrooms. Also, the unit is amazingly quiet -- even at high season. We hope to stay here again.

Awesome vacation

The process was very simple through VRBO & picking up keys was simple & easy too. Our condo was awesome & we want to stay there again next year, but for 2 weeks instead of just one!! Was quite, the neighbors very friendly, the beach was the best I've gone to, very clean, & the pool was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend.

The property was in Shipyard which is our favorite plantation to stay at when in HHI. The unit was set far back in beachwalk, but still walking distance to the ocean. The unit was what we needed, but could use some work to make the amenities more modern.

Loved this property. Very clean and comfortable. So much space for a one bedroom-two bath villa. Everything you need is there for you. Loved the added bonus of a library of paperbacks-games and puzzles. So perfect for the rainy days! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and it was all clean and in excellent condition. A big thank you to the lady at the rental office who came over after work to help out with a problem with the TV remote. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

A great unit for a very reasonable monthly rate.

We have been coming here for 3 years now, for a month and feel very much at home. The furnishings are very comfortable and the location is ideal. It is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The unit is well maintained with updated furnishings and a wonderful king size bed.

Our one bedroom, two bath condo is very clean and was totally updated in Nov. 2023. Great location close to Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants. Short 10 minute walk to the beach. Directly across the street from Vandermeer Tennis and short drive to the Shipyard Golf Club

What makes this property unique

Very quiet, non-smoking, no pets unit. Convenient to all Hilton Head Island has to offer - which is a lot. Right outside the gate is Coligny Plaza with all types of dining and shopping options.
