Pulelehua Point est un quatre chambres, trois salles de bain, un étage, une maison autonome idéale pour les familles, les couples ou une retraite. Il a un roi, deux reines et deux jumeaux. (Les jumeaux peuvent être faits au roi sur demande)

Chaque chambre a une vue spectaculaire sur l'eau avec l'arrière-plan spectaculaire des montagnes de Koolau. Observez les voiliers passer du yacht club voisin, pêchez juste à côté du quai, kayak ou planche à pagaie debout juste devant la maison! (L'équipement sportif peut être loué et livré à votre porte)

La cour est privée et magnifiquement aménagée. Vous pourrez profiter de vues spectaculaires, bronzer au bord de la piscine, lire dans le hamac ou faire du kayak dans la baie! Admirez le coucher du soleil depuis le bain à remous ou profitez simplement de la paix et de la tranquillité de ce beau quartier résidentiel sous la vaste véranda couverte.

La maison se trouve à 4,8 km de la célèbre plage de Kailua et de la communauté de plage unique de la ville de Kailua avec ses boutiques branchées et ses restaurants primés. L'aéroport international d'Honolulu est à seulement 20 minutes.

Pulelehua a une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée et un barbecue à gaz pour cuisiner. Le salon arbore un grand téléviseur intelligent de 60 "avec Apple TV. La maison est également équipée d'Internet haut débit sans fil et d'un parking hors rue.

Very relaxing

This property has a beautiful pool and seating area. Great place to relax and enjoy the day. Conveniently located out of Honolulu but close enough to enjoy the sights there. Really nice property.

A Heavenly Month

We had a wonderful stay! The house was nice and accurate to the listing, but the piece de la resistance was the view! Whay a joy to wake up each morning to beautiful views of Kaneohe Bay! Easy drive to many beaches. Overall an excellent experience and we hope to book again in the future.

Absolutely perfection. From the location, to the decor, to the aloha we received upon arriving. I lived in Hawaii for 9 years before moving back to the mainland, and I must say I could stay at this property for ever. We will be back!

Paradise

What a truly unique and wonderful place. We enjoyed every bit of the property and spent several nights just sitting on the dock watching the sun set over the mountains. We have stayed in many oceanfront properties over the years, but the contrast you get at this property on the bay is quite unique with the water, mountains, and surrounding properties. Would stay again and again.

Would stay again!

Great property and location. The house was comfortable. The rooms are 'detached' so nice for different couples having private access to their rooms. The master has the AC unit, otherwise the rooms are just open air - there is enough of a breeze that feeds through the rooms to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub was great! Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely, newly remodeled home, quiet great location

Owners have done a stunning job of remodeling and up-grading. Home location is on the bay with access for water sports equipment. Because it is down the hill from the busy road, it is super quiet. Pool for swimming and sidewalks for walking/running. Beautiful view day/night from the wide covered porch. We had most of our meals out on that porch!

THE STUFF THAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF

I couldn't imagine a more perfect house and location than this dream property in Kaneohe. We spent a week with our adult children and grandsons that will forever be the basis of some of our most cherished memories. Everything you'll ever need in a Hawaiian vacation home is there -- pool, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. And the hammock! Oh, and the dock! We loved it and we loved the prompt service and Aloha spirit of property manager Julie. An A++++

Amazing trip in paradise!

This property is as good as it looks. Amazing, private pool, fantastic views of Kaneohe bay, just a dream come true. We stayed with our 3 kids, only two of whom could swim. 3 of the bedrooms open to the outdoors/pool area, so something to keep in mind with small kids. We brought a "Safety Turtle" device that our 4 year old wore anytime we weren't swimming (even at night!) that would alert us in case he fell in the water- highly recommended if staying with small kids for peace of mind. I hope to come back some day- what a dream come true.

An experience of a lifetime

Our experience was spectacular. The home was very comfortable, peaceful, luxurious, & spacious, even with seven adults and a child we always had plenty of space and privacy, so much so that we hated to leave even after staying a full month. We spent Thanksgiving with our family and friends, what an experience cooking in the newly renovated kitchen. They spared nothing. The home is located close to 2 wonderful towns, close to the best beaches, and the views from the home are breath-taking, the bay and mountains. After traveling all the islands, this is the one place we will return to. Julie was wonderful to work with and gave us good insight on all the local restaurants,and must see adventures. The pool and spa where an added pleasure. We are truly grateful.

Renter Beware

We rented this house over Christmas and New Year’s for a month, beginning December 18th, 2016. When we arrived, the pool was 72 degrees. Julie, the property manager, said she had just turned the heater on and it was set at 85 degrees. The heated pool was $300.00 extra for the heat and we agreed to this cost. The pool did not heat up until the 30th December, TWELVE DAYS INTO OUR RENTAL. This was after many calls and texts indicating that the pool wouldn’t get up to 85. We were told that it was because of the wind and outside temperature. It would never get to 85 degrees, if the pump only ran for four hours each day!. Also, Ducks were mating in the pool and pooping in it every day, so no swimming until the 26th, and no heat yet. It required a temporary fence and streamers on sticks to keep the ducks out. Julie responded to these problems, but twelve days! The kitchen faucet leaked the first night, the kitchen counters are all etched with stains, 75% of the outside lights didn’t work from corrosion, windows and screens were dirty(I hosed them all off), garage door sensor broke, so wouldn’t close(it was taped up, so had broken before), screen doors on three bedrooms don’t have locking mechanisms, no TV in three of the bedrooms, including none in the master bedroom, tile grout in master bath was moldy, Cable and wifi not working when we arrived and took a week before we had cable. We had to be there for three hours with the cable man, because Julie was on a boat ride. Wifi didn’t get fixed until after Christmas, needed a new router. No dressers or chairs in three of the bedrooms, no window coverings in the kitchen windows that face the driveway/front of house, or in the big bay window of dining room. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable and the jack n jill bathroom floor is a hazard with stones that stick up above the grout. Very uncomfortable to stand or walk on in bare feet. Not able to walk or ride bikes from the house because there is no room on the road to be safe, no sidewalk at all. Even though the house seems to be in a beautiful Bay, you cannot swim in it at all. It is mirky and like a swamp when the tide is out. Ultimately, if the major things had not happened, ie: ducks, pool, cable and wifi, we could have overlooked the rest of the problems. The things did get fixed and cleaned, but on our vacation time.

Thank you for your comments. We are surprised and disappointed by the feedback. We have never received less than a five star rating since we began renting this home. We tried to fulfill your requests each day. Every effort was made to make your stay enjoyable. *When the home was booked in June, it was not advertised as having pool heat. The homeowner installed the heat pump just prior to the Christmas holiday and unfortunately there were a few glitches to work out. This guest was NOT charged the $300 for pool heat for that reason. The heat pump works great and our winter guests are very happy to have it. *There are ducks in the area and they do sometimes find their way to the pool. They are seasonal and we try to minimize their use of the pool by using several techniques including blowup floaty's in the pool, a temporary fence, plastic owls, and a motion activated sprinkler. *Unfortunately, some things need repair during a guests stay and we work hard to fix or replace quickly. The kitchen faucet was addressed immediately and replaced during this guests stay with a high-end Grohe fixture. *All of the front entry and lanai lighting is checked on a regular basis by housekeeping. The motion sensor lights were replaced immediately upon knowledge of their failure. *Window cleaning is done on a regular schedule and was done during this guests stay. *Cable and Internet all works great! A new router has been put in and the cable TV has never been a problem. *Because the house is in such a private and secure location, we have never felt a need for window treatments in the kitchen and dining room. The living room and bedrooms all have blinds. *The home is on a shallow bay and is not advertised as a swimming beach. The lead photograph for the listing shows an aerial view and the coral that is in the water. The best way to enjoy the water in front of the house is on a kayak or SUP. Kailua bay with its 2 1/2 mile long white sand beach is only a short, five minute, car ride away. Within the past year we have been blessed with many sea turtles swimming in front of the home - truly magical. *Many of the roadways in Hawaii are narrow and without sidewalks. We provide 3 bikes and there are many places to ride them in Kailua. Each guest, upon arrival, is personally greeted and given an orientation to the local area on a complementary map. We are very sorry this guest did not have the same experience as our other guests. Aloha, Julie

Misrepresented that house is air conditioned.

I gave it three stars because the only room air conditioned is the master bedroom which was an issue for us. I did go back online and look at description of property and did not see where it says only master bedroom has A/C. We had the house totally opened and every fan going but it was still muggy and hot. It was very uncomfortable for the other guests. So if you have medical conditions that are exasperated by the heat it can be a problem. Other than that the house was on a beautiful private lot, the pool and hot tub were great , kitchen was updated. I think the other bedrooms need to be air conditioned so everyone could have gotten a good nights sleep. Lack of air conditioning was a REAL issue for us!

It is our goal to have comfortable and happy guests making lasting memories while vacationing at this very special property. If you read the advertising on this website, you will see that it is NOT misrepresented. It clearly states in the listing under "Air Conditioning" that the master bedroom only is air conditioned and the other rooms are positioned to get sea breezes off of the water. It is important to read the details of a vacation rental listing to fully understand the amenities available.

Couldn't have asked for a better place

This property was everything it was advertised as. It's in a perfect location on the East side of Oahu minutes from the H3 (which gets you to the airport, Pearl Harbor and Waikiki beach area) and Kailua area. Very quite and picturesque. Was really nice to sit out by the pool on some evenings and just feel the cool breeze off Kaneohe Bay. They were able to accommodate 9 of us (using an air mattress for one of the kids). I would highly recommend this place to rent if you a large group or 6-8 people.

What an Amazing and Beautiful Home

This house is just amazing. The view is BEAUTIFUL. Mountains, harbor with sail boats, bay, privacy and rainbows. The house is private and very well done. Perfect home to share with family and friends. The home allows you to share time together and also allows everyone to have their own privacy. The house was very clean and has everything you could ever want. We loved the beautiful pool, hot tub and hammock in the back yard. So thankful that the owners have shared this amazing and beautiful home. The manager was very helpful and made things go very smoothly. The house is in a great location and offers so many fun things to do.

After 50 Years, a Return to Kailua

This house was of my dreams. When I was 12 years old, we lived in Kailua. This past year I turned 60 and wanted to revisit a very happy time in my childhood. Staying at this beautiful, well-appointed house made the trip so special. Relaxing, secluded, the trade winds gently cooling the lanai, you barely wanted to leave the house. Every amenity was considered from a gourmet kitchen to boogie boards and bicycles. This house perfectly blends comfort and luxury without being over-the-top. While walking on the beach in Kailua, I was thankful for the path my life had taken that allowed me to know this gorgeous part of the world.

Peaceful, Scenic, Tranquil home

We had a wonderful time at this Kaneohe Bay home. We travel to Hawaii at least once a year and have never stayed in the Kaneohe Bay area. Usually Kailua or the North Shore is our preferred area. However, we are so happy to have chosen this home. It is very private, quite, and secluded. My family enjoyed everything this home had to offer. Its was pleasant to have the military base directly across the bay as we continuously watched air activity from the home. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing from the pier, and being able to enjoy the pool and scenic view. Every morning we woke up to a tranquil view and had coffee on the Lanai as we took in the bay breeze. OUTSTANDING view, one of a kind. This home is everything we could have asked, especially with privacy. The rooms are separated and have their own entrance and everyone enjoyed the way the rooms are set up. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Management very helpful as needed and pleasant to work with. We will rent again and recommend this home to all. Thank you!

Just Sublime

A simply sublime home and location. Beyond the excellent views and access to the bay (good for kayaking or paddle boarding - not snorkeling), the pool, jacuzzi, out door area, kitchen and bedrooms are everything anyone could ask for. The only caveats, albeit small ones, is that there is no shared bathroom for guests just visiting for the day, no AC (but there are plenty, plenty of fans), and a military base a few miles away, though the latter makes for some interesting views.

Lovely home for a family vacation

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home. It is exactly as advertised. The house was very well decorate, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for one week in April for our kids spring break with my dad. The master suite is spacious with beautiful views and the additional rooms are equally lovely (all the rooms have water front views). You can very comfortably have 2 families with 2 adults and 2 kids each. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ worked great. We spent a lot of time at the house because of the pool, beautiful views, lovely outdoor furniture, the jacuzzi. It was paradise. You really feel secluded, it is a very private yard. The rental has towels, boogie boards, washer and clothes dryer, etc. so that is also great. Julie the property manager is very professional and welcoming. I would absolutely come back to this rental.

This property was truly beautiful, and the location was superb. We were close to everything we needed...grocery stores, restaurants etc. The gourmet kitchen made it very enjoyable to prepare meals for savoring on the lanai. The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive, and the layout of the property was perfect for our extended family get together. We all enjoyed the pool and the spa, and the incredible views. Our group panned the ages of 8 to 78, and all of us agreed that this place is a little slice of Heaven. Julie was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and acquainted with the area and the property. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

A Christmas to remember

For the first time in 35 years we decided to spend Christmas away from home, and we could not have picked a better place! The house was modern, beautiful, and set up perfectly for our family gathering of 7 adults. The view is spectacular and the fully outfitted kitchen had everything we needed for our Christmas dinner for 11 as we were joined by friends and relatives also on the island. We ate most of our meals at the house which is spacious and comfortable. The only downside of eating in as much as we did was that we were only able to experience a few of the great restaurants in the area. We really liked the Kaneohe/Kailua location as it was close to great beaches, hiking, and golf. And while we enjoyed visiting Honolulu and the North Shore areas, it was very nice to be able to come back to Kaneohe Bay to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Julie was great to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.
