Family ski trip
The location of this property is gorgeous. The home itself is also gorgeous. They also allowed early check in (we did not end up needing) which was super nice! They did allow us to check out a few hours late which was also super nice! However, the power went out our last morning (not the owner or companies fault at all) so we ended up leaving prior to normal checkout time as we had no electricity or water . The size of the house and space of this home is awesome for larger families. Other items need some improvement, especially for the price. The cost was $2600 for four nights. Fees were ridiculously high. (Especially the cleaning fee given it was not all clean) We had 8 people in our family. They left three packets of dishwasher soap and a sample size of dish soap. This is unreasonable given we had 8 people for four days. There is a washer and dryer but not any soap provided. When you fly in for vacation , these are not things that you bring on an airplane. The basement rec room was not clean. There were food crumbs all over the couch. Check out instructions were to run dishes in dishwasher, "even if no soap". That is not a good policy in my opinion. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were still dirty so they are clearly putting these unwashed dishes (cleaned without soap) in the cupboard. No extra washcloths. No extra bed linens , including pillow cases. So the extra pillows had no option to put a pillow case on it. Pillows were some of the worst pillows I have used:/ One of the shower heads in the main floor showers did not work. The pictures make it look like there is a full size pool table (which is one of the reasons I decided to spend this much money on a place and why I rented this place since we have 6 adult kids) and it is a mini pool table so was not utilized. Would definitely be great for younger kids. For the money I would not stay here again.. Beautiful home but I was definitely disappointed for the money that it cost us.

Whispering Pines
This house was amazing, there was tons of room for everyone to spread out. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the foosball and air hockey tables. The house was very clean and well stocked, we lacked for nothing. The garage was very nice since there was a lot of snow and cold temperatures. The altitude of Breckenridge takes some getting used to so try to plan accordingly. Overall we loved our stay there, just wished we didn't have to leave and come back home. Check-in was a breeze, and directions to the house were spot on. The home is close enough to town but far enough out to enjoy the area.

Spring Ski Trip
The house was everything we wanted and needed. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, but also lots of space to gather together as well. We loved it!

Awesome ski vacation.
This property is exactly as described! Only a short drive to Breck and still get to enjoy the peace and quiet of Colorado. Saw a moose from the back porch, which was a super cool experience for the kids. Hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you need to cook a full course dinner. We will definitely stay here again.
