Great condo

Absolutely loved having 2 bedrooms, the living room and kitchen are so clean , cute and modern. Appreciate the beach chairs. Just perfect for the 4 of us and loved the location

Clean and well decorated property

Nice and centrally located for the beach and restaurants on Treasure Island. Owner has gone out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for your stay and the cleaners leave the place immaculate before you arrive.

Great Little Beach Condo

Property is right on the beach which made for very easy access. Condo was clean and had all amenities stated in description. We are travelers who prefer to cook instead of going out to eat. Pots and pans could use some updating but otherwise doable.

Family staycation

We live in south Saint Petersburg but getting two small children to and from the beach in one day can be much. This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend right before school starts to soak up the summer sun. The room was large and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our daughter demanded that we come back frequently!

Communication with the host wasn’t to good. Would not respond to my emails.

It was ok, it was a 2 bedroom and one of the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning in it, had 3 fans . That won’t cut it in Florida with fans. Besides that it was a nice room.

Great Location & Space

We loved our stay in this condo. The pool and the proximity to the beach is amazing. The condo itself had everything we needed to make some meals, we even used the property grill. Only downside is one bedroom does not have A/C but we were able to use the fans provided to move the air from the living room.

Unit #44

The unit was cute and cozy, very accurate to description. Some of issues that I had was that the 2nd bedroom did not have any AC, and it was warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. We tried to use the pull out couch, but there were no bedsheets available , and the extra blankets were wet. Also, some of the cookware was dirty and had dried food on it. A safety concern for me with young children is that the stove had push buttons to turn on the cooktop and the grandchildren found that very easy to do even with their little fingers.

The place was clean and you can not beat the location.

I only have three complaints. 4 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 6 for 5 days was quite stingy. I’m grateful i brought beach towels and we had to make a late night run for toilet paper. Also, the air conditioner is just nuts! It’s extremely loud in the master bedroom and kept us up all night and rotates from freezing to hot regardless of the setting. The extra room on the other hand has absolutely no air conditioning and is cooled by fans. I am so grateful we didn’t go during the summer. We had a great time and enjoyed the place outside of all of that, however we will not be staying there again. Thank you
