  • Beach within walking distance

"My husband and I have rented this unit for the past three years. It is great for a couple or families. It is very spacious. Having a bathroom in each room makes it even better if you have a large family or group of people. When we arrive it has always been clean and welcoming. It's so convenient to be able to walk to the beach. About 160 steps away! Backyard with pool is so relaxing! We will be coming back again. We tell friends and family about our experience and recommend them renting the property."

  • Amazing

"We loved our stay at 32 South San Juan Avenue, Santa Rosa Beach. Anna Callaway's home was perfect for our family, and we all wished we could have stayed another week! We all live in different cities, so we cherish the time we have together. Thanks for a beautiful home on the beach for our perfect family time together."

  • Great stay at Beach Nest!

"Perfect place for a family of four. Fantastic location, just steps from the beach and 1.5 mile bike ride from Seaside. Publix grocery store is a 1.6 mile bike ride. Clean and cozy. Many great restaurants nearby. We recommend Cowgirl Kitchen for an affordable versatile menu, and Old Florida Fish House for Sushi, both within biking distance. We wish that there had been a recycling bin onsite at The Palms. In the year 2017, this should be mandatory. Thanks for a great stay!!"
