Aloha and welcome to our new two bedroom, two bath condominium in the spacious Ekolu Village which is part of the five-star resort community of Wailea, Hawaii.
We take great pride in providing our guests the amenities and luxury they expect in a 5-star resort community and wanted to make sure we found a location that fit this criteria. Most important to us is "The View". Wailea mornings provide tranquil ocean views, the afternoons incredible blue skies, and the evenings provide sunsets that are just spectacular.
When you see the view you will know why we choose this property. It is greater than 180 degrees spanning from West Maui, to Lanai, across Ma'alaea Bay, above the Wailea Resorts, past Molokini, and even beyond the island of Kaho'olawe. Some condominiums provide fantastic sunsets part of the year, this one guarantees you will get to experience the spectacular Maui sunsets no matter what time of year you visit! You will directly overlook the beautiful Grand Wailea which is gorgeous both day and night. You may even catch a firework show from your lanai. As you can see in the site plan, this is a unique unit in that it extends beyond its neighbors on all three sides.
Further, it sits in the front of the top half of the complex ensuring a commanding view well above the lower units. Unlike many complexes with views from only one room, Ekolu has oriented its units parallel to the view. While this requires more land (Ekolu has over 18 acres of manicured property) it allows for views from the living room, dining table, kitchen, and master bedroom. The master even has its own private lanai, as does the second bedroom.
We have purchased all new furniture, bedding, linens, electronics, kitchen utensils and cookware, serving sets, kid supplies, etc. We have also refinished the gorgeous wood cabinetry in the bathrooms and installed granite countertops with travertine backspaces. In the kitchen we have refinished the beautiful kitchen cabinetry, installed granite countertops and professional stainless steel appliances. We have also replaced the flooring in the kitchen, entry way, and bathrooms with travertine and ceramic tile.
We have a pack-n-play, chair-topper high chair, umbrella stroller, sand toys, and regular toys for young travelers. We hope you like our condo as much as we do!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It has everything we needed. The view is great and also the location. We had a wonderful time. Everything worked out fine, we definitely would recommand your home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here Oct 2009 and Loved it! The sunsets from the Lanai were wonderful. Very nice place. great location. Easy people to deal with, very helpful. Our only complaint was possibly poor kitchen utensils, dishes, etc for cooking in, but sounds like they have fixed that. We are currently looking for a place on the Big Island and I am having trouble because we are comparing everything to this condo with the wonderfully comfortable beds, and great views. You should stay here - you won't regret it!
Recommended for:Families with young children.
