The Maple is a gorgeous newly remodeled classic brick building with five vacation apartments perfectly appointed with everything you need to feel at home while traveling (see our other VRBO listings #105526 and #198056). This light filled apartment is 800 square feet and comes with everything you need to feel at home during your travels. Complete with a queen size bed and down comforter in the bedroom, a bathroom with fluffy white towels & hair dryer, a dining room with seating for four, a fully stocked kitchen including salt & pepper and paper towels, a spacious living room with a pull out sleeper sofa, TV with Dish Network including FREE HBO and Showtime movie channels, CD player, phone, FREE high speed wi-fi internet access and off street parking.
Conveniently located on the Eastern bench of downtown in the heart of Capitol Hill we are nestled between Broadway, the hub of Capitol Hill's commercial district, and the neighborhood joints on Fifteenth Avenue East. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, casual eateries, fine dining, gorgeous parks, friendly pubs and lively clubs just blocks from our front door.

We loved living here!
The Unique Benefits at this Apartments
One of the best things about The Maple is that we had all of the plumbing replaced during our remodel 2 years ago. Which means is that our water pressure is great and your shower will never go cold. Each of our units has Dish Network Cable including all of the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore etc). High efficiency front load washers and dryers are conveniently located right outside the back door of each apartment. Not only are these free to use we supply you with detergent and dryer sheets.
