Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We have been coming to this special place for many years and are happy to now own a second home in the heart of Canyon Country. We are also pleased to be able to share this experience with others who travel here from around the world. Our town home is the newest and in the renowned Rim Village. Enjoy the spacious living room with a fire place and high definition TV. Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen.
The town home comfortably sleeps eight. The master bedroom suite features a king bed with large bathroom. The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed, two twin beds, and share a large bathroom. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed with a plush, seven inch mattress.
Enjoy the sunset from our large patio with great view of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. Or relax at the Rim Village pool and spa. A two-car garage provides a secure place to store your toys should you decide to go out on the town.

Downtown Moab (5 minutes from townhome) has great shops, restaurants and outfitters for every type of Moab Adventure; biking, jeeping, rafting, etc.
Arches Park (10 minutes from townhome) has over 2000 naturally formed arches; more than any other place in the world.
This road takes you to Canyonlands National Park (15 minutes from townhome) and Dead Horse Point State Park. Both places provide breathtaking views of the Colorado and Green River red rock canyons.

Hi, we are Dale & Jo-Anne Ahrens. We live with our family near Aspen Colorado. We have been coming to Moab for over 20 years. Moab is a great place for adventure, discovery, unmatched beauty and relaxation. Recently we were fortunate enough to acquire a second home in Moab. Sometimes we spend the weekend here and it feels like a weeks vacation; it is that relaxing! We are pleased to be able to share our home and the Magic of Moab with you.

My friends and I stayed at the Rim Village Townhome in May. We had the greatest weekend biking, hiking and golfing. We were so happy each night to return to the townhome - it was clean, comfortable and luxurious. .. a perfect retreat. We spent much time on the patio grilling and playing games. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meal after meal. The owners were exceptional to work with. We will undoubtedly return - year after year!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab very much due to the nice living environment. It was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils that made it very nice to cook for the family. Especially liked the clean grill on the back patio. We definitely want to come back for a longer stay.

We had a great time with the family in this condo. It is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Rim Village is definitely our favorite place to stay in Moab. The owner was easy to work with and very accomodating. We'll stay here again.

Moab Magic is truly a magical place to stay. Very comfortable and convenient and I especially appreciate the WiFi and the stereo and the interior decorating is fabulous. The owners are accommodating and hospitable.

We have stayed at several townhomes in Moab, and this is far and away the nicest experience we've had. Very nicely decorated, well stocked, and a lot of attention to detail. It was nice to have a garage our vehicle actually fit in to. Good weekly rate. All in all, this one is a winner!

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful town house in March. The accomodations are fantastic! Everything in the place refects the careful attention of the owners. Comfortable, well decorated and very Moab... it is a wonderful place to stay while spending time and enjoying the magic that is Moab.

Wow! The description "Moab Magic" was perfect! The condo is fabulous! Close enough to town for easy access to all of the great Moab haunts with a quiet, country-like location to enjoy the star-filled skies of the desert at night! Well-stocked and beautifully furnished...we'll definitely be back! Wahoo!
