Great rates, great cabin and amazing views. The cabin was everything I wanted, expected and more. I highly recommend this cabin, I will be visiting again!

If you need a cozy place for two you can't do better than Knotty or Nice! It's close enough to stores, etc. to be convenient yet has a nice sense of privacy. Yes, there are neighbors but it's still private enough to slip into the hot tub unseen. The kitchen is well-stocked with every appliance & gadget you might need for a romantic dinner for two. The decor is cabin-cute & you will enjoy cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. The bed is super comfy, too. The bathroom was immaculate - a must for me in any overnite accomodation. This wonderfully cute, clean, & cozy cabin is a wonderful place to stay when in Estes Park. We'll be back!

Knotty or Nice was perfect. Convenient location, yet an out of the way feel. We stayed during the first week in October, which means we took advantage of the off-season price. It's full of ammenities I never expect from a rental, but we chose it for the hot tub. We're normally very budget travellers, so this was a splurge for sure. Someone else mentioned that the hot tub area was not private. Do what we did: set the cover next to the tub on one side (I think there's a post/tree there) and hang your towels on the bar at the other end. No one will know you're there. The jetted tub was not working, but were were using the outside tub, so it didn't matter. I'll keep this brief, because it looks just like it does in the photos on the website, but there is such a nice feeling when you step inside the property. Go expecting a nice stay and be surprised that it is much nicer than you expected. I've already recommended it to others.

My now fiance and I stayed at the naughty or nice cabin back in July of 2010. I can't express how much we loved the cabin, hot tub, and location. The town of Estes Park is very charming and we loved to walk around and just take it all in. After our first night stay at the cabin I had planned a rather long hike, some of the trail I had done in the past visiting Rocky Mountain National Park with my family, but I wanted to take it up a notch and go to Sky Pond. I was ready to go, ring in the hydration pack and girlfriend in tow. Needless to say after reaching our destination i handed over the ring and she was so happy except for the fact she couldn't call anyone. All she wanted to do was get back to the cabin and make some phone calls. The rest of the night we hung out in the cabin and drank some Fat Tire. Man I love that stuff. We could not be happier with such a great home base as our naughty or nice cabin. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay.

We had an excellent stay at this PERFECT little cabin. It was very clean upon arrival and the decor gives it tons of personality. After snowshoeing in RMNP, it was great to have a nice warm fireplace to use. The cabin was perfect for our romantic dinner and getaway. The kitchen is very spacious and fully stocked with high quality cookware. The bathroom is well stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries to make up for any items forgotten. Nice touch! The private hot tub was a real treat after the long day. As another reviewer mentioned, we also suggest adding a privacy fence around the hot tub. However, the neighborhood and road are both very quiet and it was not a concern during our use. Overall, the Knotty or Nice is HIGHLY recommended. The photos don't do justice to this immaculate cabin centrally located in Estes Park. Will definitely return!

My wife and I have stayed at this cabin for the last 2 years in March. I can honestly say the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is outstanding! The last time we went we cooked and ate every single meal in the cabin. It's a great change of pace for us to be able to cook a meal together! The interior decorating is outstanding, and the hot tub is awesome! My only complaint is that the hot tub isn't very private, you can see it from the road. I think a privacy fence would make it feel a lot more secluded. That being said, hardly anyone drives on that road and there might only be an occasional dog walker or jogger. It is very convenient to town and to RMNP. We hope to stay there again this year.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Knotty or Nice cabin this past weekend (March 12-15, 2009) during our first stay in Estes Park. The cabin was exactly what I was hoping for. It was beautiful and very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub outside was the perfect end to a long day of snowshoeing. It was a wonderful place for a quiet, romantic getaway for two. I highly recommend this cabin for any who are looking for a similar vacation.
